My husband and I live in White Rock, BC and set up a furnished apartment above our daughter and grandchildren in Montreal. We let our lovely space through airbnb when we were home in British Columbia. This arrangement worked well. Times are changing though and the family is moving to BC. We are keeping the furnished apartment and now looking for longer term tenants, perhaps a visiting professor or student. We may go back to short term rentals but at this time seek a longer term arrangement.
