Blendia is easily one of the coolest AirBnb's I've stayed in. The general open space has a very chill vibe with guitars and a piano, as well as small coffee bar as one of the hosts runs a coffee shop too. The hosts are incredibly friendly and speak English well. And the location is very nice; it's about a 15 minute walk from a train station and across the street from a large park with trails. I would definitely stay at Blendia again if I'm coming through the area.

Blendia will be a memorable and authentic experience for those seeking something unique from their stay in Tokyo. Yuta was extremely friendly and we had some great conversations. If you're looking for tons of bars and restaurants, the neighborhood it's in probably isn't for you, but Blendia is within a ten minute walk from Fudomae station, and about 15 minutes walking distance from Meguro station (the nearest JR Line station for those of you with a JR Pass). You're also about ten minutes from the Meguro river, which looks beautiful when Sakura are in full bloom. You can quite easily go deeper into the city, and you can get to most places fairly quickly. I enjoyed hanging out with Yuta, getting to know him, as well as getting to know other guests staying at Blendia. Blendia's coffee game is strong too. I would love to come back to Blendia the next time I'm in Tokyo. Don't hesitate to book your stay! Very much appreciated the local perspective on Tokyo and the rest of Japan!

It was a fantastic stay! Yuta was an amazing host and recommended great places to me. Everyone in the house was extremely friendly and welcoming so it felt very homey. The coffee was great. Fell in love with the heated blanket/table in the living area. I will for sure come back if I ever return to Tokyo :)

Motoki was extremely welcoming and hospitable. He provided suggestions for things to do around the area, as well as Tokyo in general. Couldn't have asked for a better experience!

I loved staying here! Everyone I met, both other guests and Motoki and his housemates, were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable, the coffee was delicious, and the living room is just as lovely as the pictures make it look. I enjoyed hearing the housemates play music at night and talking with them about our various travels—they even gave me advice on what I should see during my short trip. The house is very charming; it's in a quiet neighborhood, and the walk to and from Meguro station is enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Blendia to anyone staying in the Meguro area, especially if they're staying for more than just a few days! It seems like a great place for travelers to call a temporary home.

Hello! My name is Motoki. I love to travel, especially when meeting new people and sharing each values, knowledges and experiences there. So I made up my mind to open BLENDIA to do that even on my daily life, and also to let the guests experience the most fantastic moment of the travel as well. In the beginning of 2015, after 6 months of preparation, I finally opened here, and welcomed more than 600 guests in nearly 2 years.
Konnichiwa! I'm Yuta!
I love this place so much because I spent most of my college life here at BLENDIA. From wonderful memories, serious accidents to funny pranks, everything is here! What I like most about Airbnb is the opportunity to build ongoing relationships with guests who have stayed at my house and return. Not only that, but hosting guests gives me the advantage to share perspectives, culture, and experience with the guests from all over the world. I hope to gain a unique worldview through the conversations with you, and develop new perspectives by sharing our idea.

BLENDIA, the name of this guesthouse came from the coffee blend. On the blending process, it's required to understand each beans contained in a blend. They are coming from all over the world, and each one has special flavors or tastes. Bitter, fruity, dark, sour...everything is very different, but should be understood all.
The people are same here. They're coming from all over the world with different background such as culture, religion, language...anything. And here, they all can be blended with understanding each other, and finally made one unique flavor called "Today's Blend".

There're lots of things happening in the world, but I believe people can understand each other as long as we can face and talk directly.
Can you be a part of Today's blend? We welcome whoever likes this concept!! So...See you soon here!
