This is a very conveniently located three bedroom fully self contained street front villa. A small car port and a super location are hallmarks of the property.

A reverse cycle air-conditiner in the main living area and cooling in the master bedroom. Two minor bedrooms (one with a double, the other a single bed) and the semi-enuite shower has a separate bath. Everything is provided for a comfortable stay - just bring your suitcase.
A small outdoor patio area with bbq, table and chairs provides a relaxing area to escape the hustle of city life yet it only minutes away.The villa is within a few minutes walk of the Swan River and is very close to the Victoria Park bus transfer station.
There is a Woolworths supermarket close by as well as a number of take-a-way outlets on nearby Berwick St.

Starter provisions provided include, toilet tissue, a box of tissues, body and hand wash, shampoo and conditioner, a roll of paper towels in the kitchen, dishwasher powder, washing up liquid, dish cloth and scourer, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bottled water. These are generous supplies but you will need to replace for your own use, should you run out during the stay.

Good location, walking distance to the park near riverside and some 5-10 minutes walk to the eateries along Albani Highway, yet the surrounding is quiet. Mark & Kathy is very responsive and attentive. Everything is in order and we have a good stay there.

Good location for visiting Vic Park and easy access to the bike and walking tracks around South Perth and the Swan foreshore. Comfortable house for longer stays.
