Comprising of 3 good sized bedrooms, master with a well appointed en-suite and walk-in robe downstairs. The second and third bedrooms are on the first level both leading on to a second living space with flat screen TV and the second bathroom.
The well appointed kitchen leads to the open plan meals and lounge area perfect to entertain with friends, finished off with a cosy courtyard perfect to soak up the the sun whilst enjoying your morning coffee or an afternoon glass of wine.

Due to previous issues with large groups, all groups will be required to take a linen package and also supply names and dates of birth of all tenants prior to pre-approval being issued.
STRICTLY no smoking or pets allowed.
$500 security deposit will be refunded once final inspection has taken place after check-out.
***Please note that if property is left in an unsatisfactory manner any extra cleaning charges are the responsibility of tenant. This includes but is not limited to general cleanliness, excess rubbish, dirty dishes, BBQ left unclean, unsuitable usage of furniture. These charges will be deducted from the security deposit upon notice from cleaner.
***Additional fees and increased minimum stay requirements apply during Public Holidays, events weekends in Phillip Island and school holidays. Please contact us for relevant pricing if you wish to book over these peak periods.
