Elisabeth is a seminary trained counselor. She works as a conciliator, coach, mentor, and consultant and has a passion as a leader to take people to places they did not know existed, do not want to go to, or thought they could go to themselves. She is a thought challenger, a growth promoter, and a personal & organizational transformational development leader, thriving on building relationships with agenda, choosing to see possibilities for collaboration and bringing meaningful contribution to any situation.
She is committed to a faith-based perspective, seeing conflict as an opportunity for personal change, growth, and transformation, in the workplace, as well as in everyday relationships.
Some of her favorite “fun” things that energize her are reading, hospitality, cooking and traveling. She loves people and derives great satisfaction investing in them.

Elisabeth is a multi-lingual (English, French, German and Alsatian) versatile communicator with strong verbal interpersonal communication skills. She has lived in 6 countries (France-her birth country, Germany, Switzerland, England, Zaire, and the US--imported to by her husband :) and visited and/or served in relief/support work in 10 other countries for a limited time (Ireland, Scotland, Mexico, Romania, Hungary, Italy, Greece, Canada, China, Hong Kong. She has build trust, respect, and friendships with people across the globe and across social barriers.
