Spotless two-bedroomed terraced house in vibrant, bohemian Observatory - just 7km from central Cape Town.
Stroll to the Obs Strip to the many restaurants and bars, popular with students, artists and musicians. A stones throw from Groote Schuur Hospital - ideal for fellowship students or travelling doctors.
This is a clean, compact house in the heart of vibrant Observatory.
There are two bedrooms each with proper double beds and cotton linen.
In addition, the sofa in the lounge folds down into a double bed so effectively the house can comfortably sleep six people.

Just a quick walk to the bars and restaurants of Lower Main Road...a few minutes more and you're at the River Club Golf Driving Range.
The house is literally across the road from Groote Schuur Hospital (famous for being the venue of the worlds first successful heart transplant) so is ideal for travelling medics or fellowship students.
Atención a los huéspedes
While you are staying here, this is your house. We will welcome you and show you the ropes but unless you need us, that's all you'll see of us.
Otros aspectos destacables
We always recommend that guests are security conscious. Keep your front gate locked and be vigilant when walking at night.
Please don't smoke inside. There is access to outside both at the front and back of the house for smokers.
The neighbours are lovely, please keep them in mind if your noise levels go up. There is no garden, as such, so the house isn't suitable for pets.

Born in Ireland but raised in Cape Town, I'm happiest when sitting on a beach somewhere surrounded by family and friends. My life motto is: Now is the time.
As a traveller myself, I like to blend in as much as possible with local life - when in Rome...and all that. Privacy and anonimity are key when I'm travelling and so I respect the same when hosting Airbnb guests. My home is only a few km's away so the only time you'll see me is when I'm settling you in or if you need anything specific from me. The rest of the time - you're on your own!
Things I don't want to live without: Laughter, my family, a good book, and fine red wine.
