Hello! The "curve" is flattened, and we are finally back again and ready for you to come stay at our place!

****Please read below if have any concern****

****COVID -19 Measures**** Precautions and measures have been taken by our Property Management BBO and their cleaning crew to insure you of the safest cleaning practices available. They have been doing a lot of research and although they are recommending a 72-hour gap between rentals, we are ready to spearhead a 24 hour turnaround time between guests and offer next day check-ins. The data seems to show that infection by surface contact is extremely uncommon. We will allow three hours to pass to make sure any airborne infectious droplets are sufficiently dispersed prior to sending our staff to service the property.

We have invested in American-Made electrostatic disinfectant sprayers to apply an EPA registered organic and biodegradable solution which kills germs and viruses including COVID-19. This product was EPA tested and achieved the lowest toxicity level and placed in the same category as drinking water. It will not leave residue on hard or soft surfaces. It also has odor eliminating properties as well. We are Safe and Green Clean!

BBO's staff and vendors are continually being trained on CDC guidelines for cleaning and disinfecting, as well as safe protocols for wearing PPE. ****There will be an additional housekeeping costs due to the extra care and time for disinfecting our property and providing a Certified Safe Home for guests.

There will be ABSOLUTELY NO early check-ins or late check-outs, no matter how long the gap is in between guests. We are putting systems in place and these changes affect the process. Safety first during these difficult times, our housekeeping and inspectors will be working diligently to ensure the space is properly disinfected and safe. Any guests that do not adhere to these policies which affect the schedule will have a $50 inconvenience fee charged to your account.

It has also been advised by the county and industry experts to provide guests with some sanitizing solutions for use during their stay. We have been able to purchased bottles of hand sanitizer, disinfecting wipes and face masks that we will leave in the property as a Welcome to your Safe Home Package. In addition to these items we will leave important information on how the property was cleaned and local community guidelines. When you arrive, you will have peace of mind and tools to feel healthy and safe while vacationing in beautiful Summit County. There will be a $8 charge for these items and they will be put out for each new arrival.

****POOL OPERATIONS****

AS of November 10, 2020, here is the deal with the pool operating hours:

From: Keystone/Vail Resort's

**Our managed partner boards of the East Lake pool have decided to keep the pool facility CLOSED for the 20/21 season. This decision was made based on the prohibitive cost of safely operating the East Lake Pool under the current County and State COVID safety restrictions. Safe operation would require significant labor expense for constant capacity monitoring, rule enforcement, and enhanced cleaning. Please inform your guests the pool facility will be closed.

**There will also be no access to the Keystone Lodge and Spa pool and hot tubs due to the same capacity restrictions.

The managed partner boards involved with the East Lake pool and Keystone Resort Property Management are committed to monitoring the situation closely and will consider reopening these amenities as soon as it safe and cost effective to do so.

Okay, now onto our place!

Great place to stay for small families, friends and business trips!

There is SO much to do in this area that you will never be bored inside or outside the condo.

We are located directly on Keystone Lake.
Fully furnished condo, one bedroom (King bed), one full bathroom with a comfortable pull-out queen sleeper for 2 additional guests in front room. There is also a queen deluxe air mattress to use instead, or as well. Fully stocked kitchen.

Closest condo to Keystone Conference Center.

Condo Amenities:

*First floor unit with parking 20' from the front door
*blackout curtains on all windows for total privacy from passerby's and that morning sun
*All main lights are dimmable so to set the mood or to not wake your mates bright and early
*multiple USB charging outlets
*Night lights for those 2 a.m. trips
-two humidifiers
-Amazing views of Keystone Lake and mountains with direct access from the condo.
-Gas fireplace
-Board Games, and some DVD's
-Full kitchen, with pots, pans, glasses, dishes and utensils.
-Ski and board closet
-Ski and board bag hooks to free up floor space
-Multiple coat racks for all your gear
-Patio with lake access
-Close tunnel access for the conference center
-Close shuttle access to Mountain House West
-River run Village shuttle is at Lodge and Spa
-Fully stocked cabinets with cooking spices, oils and coffee filters
-Extra body and hair soaps
- LG smart t.v. with all video streaming platforms
-Large indoor pool, hot tub, sauna, outdoor grill and playground.

(The bedroom t.v. is not a smart t.v., but has plenty of local cable channels.)

***We do not have Dish, Direct, or any other satellite television. Just a basic coaxial cable with local channels which is surprisingly pretty good. I always default to watching YoutTube t.v. though, it has everything most people need.


Winter activities:

-Ski/board (Keystone, Breckenridge, A-Basin, Copper, Vail, Loveland)
*2 Free Shuttles available (door to door)
-Snowmobiling
-Ice-skating on the lake right in front of condo
-Snow-shoeing
-Sledding
-Horse sleigh and dog sled rides.

This condo is located in the Keystone Village area, which is also within walking distance to the Keystone Conference Center. Located directly across the highway with easy access through the under highway tunnel.

Summer Activities:

-Mountain bike and trail riding (rentals in Village area and local sport stores)
-2 very close Golf Courses
-Horseback riding, wagon rides, hiking, kayaking, rafting, fishing.
-Lake Dillon Amphitheatre (great summer concerts)
-Lake Dillon Theatre company (amazing!)

The outlets for shopping are located very close in Silverthorne (10min away)

We are not a bed and breakfast and reside in San Diego, CA.

There is a two night minimum stay during the skiing and snowboarding season.

FROM KEYSTONE MANAGEMENT: every Unit can only park ONE vehicle in a Lakeshore lot at any given time (additional parking is available in The Lodge lot).
Vehicles not properly displaying a permit will be ticketed or towed, without notification.

First offense - license number of vehicle will be recorded and sticker will be placed on driver side window identifying offense.

Second offense - if a vehicle is found to be in violation again, within a 1 year period, the vehicle will be towed.

If owners, or their guests, are found to be parking more than one vehicle in the lot, owners will be contacted and fined per the association's Enforcement Policy.
