Carlo, I am sorry to hear that the infant crib had not been assembled when you arrived at the Villa. My sincere apologies. However, in all fairness to my staff, they work hard to take care of various details to provide the best experience possible to each and every one of our guests. In spite of that, we are all humans and we sometimes make mistakes. I would have been more than happy to send someone from my team to assemble the crib before your arrival. I am not sure why your relatives, who had checked in 2 days prior to your arrival never got in touch with me or my manager to request that we assisted them to get the crib ready before your arrival. Maybe they also were just being humans and forgot that you were traveling with your lovely baby... In any event, rest assured that we would have had no problem assisting you with this simple task!
Lastly, regarding the layout and design of the home, I trust that a rather comprehensive description along with over 40 photographs is provided in my listing's page. I am sorry I failed to mention that small babies might get woken up by the bathroom lights. I assure you that there is no intention to deceive anyone, especially as this has never been experienced by my family nor has it ever been brought up by any of my previous guests with babies in over 3 years on Airbnb.
