A Victorian building with high ceilings and large rooms which has been subject to a full refurbishment, completed in June 2021!

Bedroom 1 can either be super king size or two single beds and Bedroom 2 can be one single or two singles (the other one being a pull out floor mattress style bed). Just message me to say what you would prefer for your stay :)

We have an extensively equipped kitchen and a lovely living room for everyone to feel cosy and comfy in.

We are in the centre of Colwyn Bay and are very close to cafes and restaurants. It’s generally a quiet town during the winter but as we’re close to the beach, can get busy in the summer! It’s relatively cheap - as expected with us not being a big city! - and close to other local towns such as Rhôs on Sea, Conwy and Llandudno.
