Lanikai is so popular it can sometimes be noisy and crowded with cars and boisterous jolly people during the sunny daytime hours. We have double pane sound reduction windows and air conditioning to minimize the noise. At night, Lanikai is uncrowded, quiet, and peaceful.
This is a small, cozy studio apartment with 300 square feet of interior living area. The outdoor courtyard area is about 700 square feet and completely fenced in for privacy.
I have over 15 years experience in managing rental units in Lanikai and Whistler, BC, Canada. I work from home, so I am available to assist with any questions or issues.

Thank you in advance for following our house rules:
1. No pets, smoking indoors, illegal drugs, or loud parties.
2. Swimming pool hours 9 am to 5 pm daily.
3. Park in designated concrete stall on property.
4. Please do not walk through the backyard. It is the private area of our long-term tenants in 2 bedroom apartment on other side of property from studio.
5. WAIVER AND INDEMNIFICATION
In consideration of the Landlord granting the Tenant access to the grounds and use of the swimming pool, the Tenant agrees to fully waive any and all claims for any loss, injury, and/or harm of any nature whatsoever arising out of the access and use of the said grounds and swimming pool. Tenant further agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold the Landlord harmless from any and all claims for any loss, injury, and/or harm of any nature whatsoever arising out of the access and use of said grounds and swimming pool by the Tenant, tenant's family, guests, and/or any other person doing so on account thereof.
