Relax in a beautiful natural environment close to white beaches, lakes, sub tropical forest. About three hours drive north of Sydney. Large, rambling house with plenty of indoor and outdoor space and suitable for one or two families, close to the lake and a few minutes drive to Bluey's, Boomerang or Elizabeth Beaches. Seal Rocks and Forster are nearby.
The house is situated on the edge of sub tropical rain forest with regular visitors of beautiful Australian parrots. The lake is close by and some of Australia's most beautiful beaches being Bluey's, Boomerang, Elizabeth and Seal Rocks are a few minutes drive.
There are four bedrooms available:
Bedroom 1 has a Queen size Bed.
Bedroom 2 has two single bunks.
Bedroom 3 has a double bed
Bedroom 4 has two single bunks.
Total accommodation for 8 persons.
Plenty of doonas and pillows but please bring your own bedsheets and bath towels. There are beach towels there.
Two bathrooms , one downstairs and one upstairs.
Main kitchen 1. downstairs with fridge, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, toaster jug. Gas BBQ on the deck. Plenty of crockery, cutlery, pots and pans.
Upstairs kitchen 2. rarely used but with fridge, stove top, toaster jug.
Laundry has washer and dryer. Clothesline in the garden.

The house has two levels each with a kitchen and bathroom and is suitable for two families if required. Two bedrooms downstairs and two upstairs.
There are plenty of blankets, doonas and pillows there but please provide your own bed sheets and bath towels. There is a washing machine and dryer available for guest's use.
Everything else i.e. crockery, cutlery, pots and pans are there. Also gas and wood BBQ's.
Local shops in Smiths Lake are a small supermarket, butcher, baker, liquor shop, cafe with wifi, hairdresser located in Macwood Drive.
Local clubs open to visitors for meals are the Pacific Palms Bowling Club and the Recreation Club. Known as "The Rekky".
The house is set up for one or two families. It is a quiet location and guests please respect the tranquility of the area and the neighbours.
This not a party house and hence no events with more than the house guests are permitted.
We understand that dogs are part of many families and we are fine with them provided they are kept under control and are not an issue for neighbours or passers by. Please clean up after them and note the garden is unfenced.
