What makes our place unique is a combination of things. First of all, the apartment has been recently painted and decorated and all appliances are new. The floors have all been re-done, so it has a 'new' and clean feel to it.

Dear John,I would like to respond point by point to your thorough review. 1 Hosting reception was non existent. You’re right, but maybe you did not understand that you were in an apartment and not in a hotel. You need a reception and a receptionist? Choose a hotel, in Parnu there is a wide selection of hotels from 2 to 5 stars for all kinds of budgets. 2 – Pick up keys problem? We clearly and specifically choose a keys pickup point in the city center (just 3 minutes by foot from the bus station) to facilitate all guests. We specifically made this decision so guests can get their keys when they prefer, without any stress and thousands of calls or texts. We specifically make this decision since the store is open every day until 10 p.m. . We specifically make this decision cause in this way we don’t need a person at home who waits hours and hours. Customers say they always come at a certain time but they always arrive 34 hours later, and we are fed up with asking our friends to give up their lives and wait at home for hours our guests’ arrival (who always arrive late for various reasons) watching the walls for hours and hours; that would be annoying also for you as well. 3 – No sea view? The flat is 800m from the sea, check on (Hidden by Airbnb) : Mai 7-27 Parnu (Website hidden by Airbnb) From the building to the sea there’s a small pine forest area (not zoned for commercial development) and our building is one of the closest to the sea. From the window of the bedroom and the kitchen you can see the sea (maybe it’s an opinion). Clearly when you get out from the building you cannot expect to have everything right in the neighborhood and you can’t expect to jump right into the sea but you have to walk for about 10 minutes on the pedestrian zone. If you want a general beach area equipped with bars and clubs, it is 1,5km far away. You can’t have everything close to home, sometimes you just have to walk a little. 4 If you are not travelling by car you need to rent a bicycle (5 euros a day) to move around Parnu . It works like this all over the world. If you want you cant also rent an helicopter or a yacht. It depends on the needs. 5 Zar!An Bros is that they are AirBnB entrepreneurs rather than 'hosts' We will have failed for a long time as entrepreneurs... Last year we spent about 10,000 Euros to completely refurbish the apartment. We renewed all the furniture, the whole kitchen with all appliances… The beds and mattresses are all new. The cutlery is from Italy as well as some paintings. The entire pavement is completely new. In the bedroom there is a wardrobe from the 900 that has been completely restored and repainted by a local craftsman. We have invested a lot of energy and resources, and we have not yet ever been there. We have never slept in the apartment. We have done everything for our guests. We've rent the whole apartment for about 38 euro per night, one of the lowest prices you can find in Parnu in that period (high season – June July). From these 38 euro you have to deduct interest and other costs like local operating costs, laundry, cleaning, costs of electricity, water, gas ect. What remains is a net income of about 25 euro and lot of troubles and headache (they are priceless).Summer in Parnu does not last more than three months. We can’t even recover the money invested for the renovation renting 3 months in a year... But we don’t care, we have our lives and our work, we are only concerned that guests are satisfied and happy. This is our goal. We may have failed with you, but we want to make it up to you! We want you as a guest again next year and will host you completely for free. We accept the challenge of trying to make you happy. You have my email and my phone number. Please do not hesitate to contact me. Even if you plan to come in Italy, you are welcome to stay at my place. 6 The 'local grocery store' was not expecting my arrival and started to sign me up to the wrong apartment . Work organization and management, especially when you're dealing with other people is not always simple. We are human. The times that day were tight and there was new staff. What I have to say? We are sorry for the inconvenience. Sometimes it takes a bit of tolerance and understanding ... The apartment is not clean? Ok it happens.. Put your bags down and take a walk in the meantime. It also happens in 45 star hotel when on arrival the room is not always ready. We are working to improve our efficiency and our services. We hope to see you again. Best regards, Haik Zarian
