The apartment is beautiful, looks just like the pictures show it. Ludek and Petra were very helpful too, waited for us upon our arrival, explained everything and asked if we have any questions. There was coffee, tea and mineral water left for us for the morning. Which was very nice. The building has very nice and well prized restaurant downstairs with Pilsner beer from the tank. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor in a very desirable area "smetanovo nabrezi" right by the Charles bridge. It's great if you want to be located right in the center of the touristy hot spots. Just mind it could be little noisy there. Right outside of the apartment on "smetanovo nabrezi" is the most famous view of the Charles bridge and the Prague castle. That's where you can take your million dollar picture. Also famous cafe Slavia is only 5 mins walk from the apartment (go left), across from the national theatre, I highly recommend you to go eat breakfast there. It was one of Vaclav Havels favorite spots to go too. Also place called "naplavka" is near the apartment in the national theatre area. It is a river port full of fun restaurants and cafes filled with locals sipping wine and beer, listening live music. I can also recommend you to go get lost in the small streets right behind the apartment in "betlemske namesti" area. You can find many great bars and restaurants there. Some typical local pubs and fun stores. We definitely enjoyed our stay at Ludek's apartment. And can recommend it to you as well.. Thank you!

We spent 4 days at this lovely apartment. It was centrally located close to the Charles Bridge. Everything important to see was in waking distance. The apartment itself was quite spacious. I particularly liked the toilet and shower being separated into two distinct rooms. There was also a very good restaurant on the basement level. A quite enjoyable stay.

Ludek was a really welcoming host. When we arrived at his place, we were a little bit confused with how to meet him, because we did not see any sign of his name on the door. But really soon he came and helped us carry our big suitcase 3 flats of stairs. His apartment was spotless and just amazing. He even stock up the fridge for us with some items for breakfast and snacks. Ludek was really kind to give us his parking spot on the street in front of the apartment, but please be aware of the handy-cap signs as we got a ticket the next day.( He said it was supposed to be free, but the policeman said that it is and it is free only for the owner of the apartment). Despite that we had an amazing time in Prague. We couldn't ask for a better location than his apartment. Thank you!

The apartment is spacious, tastefully furnished and most importantly of all, only steps away from the Charles Bridge. The location cannot be beat! Ludek was a great host - he was prompt with all communication and met us at the entrance to the apartment building to bring us up to the apartment. He also arranged transport for us to the airport when it was time to leave. The apartment has two spacious bedrooms - there was only two of us so we only used the main bedroom. There was a well stocked kitchen and a spacious shower that worked well. The apartment is up two flights of stairs (48 steps) but that was not a problem for us. There is a pub/restaurant below which can be a bit noisy at night if you have the windows open - with the windows closed we did not find it a problem. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone visiting Prague, especially if you want to make the most of your time and be close to the main tourist sites.
