This lavishly decorated maisonette is part of a 2floor, newly renovated, listed building of the early 30's. It enjoys high ceilings, antique stone walls, large windows, right in the heart of vibrant Piraeus, 1' from "Petalo" of Pasalimani!
This very unique, 140 square meter space, has been fully restored and renovated, with love for interior design and appreciation for the old. The house has 3 bathrooms & 3 bedrooms, two of which are en suite. The master bedroom has a king size bed (Duxiana) and its own cable TV. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and an office/library. The third bedroom is a guest room with a large wardrobe and a double bed. The kitchen has everything a good cook would need as the owners love to cook! Coffee machine, dishwasher and a fridge with water dispenser. The house is air-conditioned by climasystem and the windows are double glazed and soundproof! In the living room, you will find comfortable furniture a big TV set with sound surround system, apple TV, cable TV and a wonderful aquarium. There is also a roof garden where you can relax eating your breakfast or reading your favourite book.

Otros aspectos destacables
Pets are generally not allowed but exceptions could be made if certain terms apply. Downside of the property is that the view of the sea is blocked by other buildings, and there are 49 flights of stairs from street level to climb as it is a high ceiling building and the apartment is on the second floor! Back in the 30's the houses didn't have lifts or parking lot. The positive is that the stairs are wide, made out of marble and have a sky light which makes the climb a bit more pleasant! If you have heavy luggage we will help you take them up on arrival and down on check out! Other downside is the adjacent identical listed building which has not been restored and left to slowly deteriorate, which gives a sad note to the street. However 95% of the other listed buildings around have been restored and this is a plus for our lovely neighborhood! Also I would like to mention that the property has instant hot water and you do not need to turn on or off anything. Last is that when we do stay in the house we have a pet our cat Mario and sometimes my sister dog pays a visit. So let us know what we can do in case you have an allergy! We assure you that we thoroughly clean the house and you will find no hair laying around, and also the pets are not aloud in the bedrooms & bathrooms and especially on kitchen tops or on tables!
Make yourself at home love it and respect it as it was your own! This is a house made with love, and we think you will gather that during your stay.
Smoking is not allowed but you can smoke on the balconies of the house! We will have ashtrays so you wont need to liter the street.

I am in love with the sea and always lived in places close to it.
I grew up in Piraeus, Pasalimani area and I have wonderful memories there!
I studied Architecture in Glasgow School of Art in Scotland and lived sometime in London, for work. Currently I live with my husband and daughter between Brazil & Mykonos island. We love to travel and Kitesurf.
We have a Kitesurfing school in Korfos Beach, Mykonos as well as an Architecture & Interior design office. Kitesurfing and design is my passion so Mykonos is ideal for us and a great place to bring up children. I can speak Greek English & Brazilian Portuguese and my husband is Brazilian and can speak French Spanish & English fluently. You can check out our kite school here and you can also read our reviews in Tripadvisor.
If myself is not available to host you during your stay my cool mother will be there to attend you! She is an incredible cook so if you get her to like you (which is really not hard at all!) for sure she will prepare some Greek traditional snacks to impress your taste puds! We think of ourselves as very clean and tidy, hospitable, and respectful towards other cultures!
My mother Christina is a very modern person, a known Interior designer in Athens, with open mind and great personality! She attains a huge knowledge of Piraeus and Athens so she can help you get around better than anyone else I know! If you guys tell us a bit about yourselves and your preferences we can make some suggestions of where to go what events or concerts are on, what nightclubs, bars or restaurants to visit or what museums... all custom made for you!
Also If there is a family with young kids we can baby proof the stairs and provide toys for them and a cot. Cleaning of the house and washing your clothes can also be arranged for an extra fee for those who do not want to deal with these things during vacation time.
My life motto is to be HAPPY EVERYDAY !!!
I believe in self love and acceptance, outdoors activity & contact with nature, laughter, friends & family bonds, what we put out is what we get back, always following my excitement and focusing in who I want to be.
Favorite destination is everywhere that has sea and wind!
Favorite book at the moment is "Quest for truth" by Darryl Anka
Movies "into the wild" pops first in my head.
Shows "Mudo Medina" "ilhas paradisiacas" on off Chanel Brazil.
Music everything that sounds good in my ears

Love and light to all and I hope my good intentions in sharing this property with others, will attract positive people with same values.
