Located in the vibrant neighborhood of the German Colony, on the 1st floor of a 1920 stone house, your comfortable fully renovated double bedroom and its private bathroom are isolated from the rest of the apartment. A second bedroom room is available for two more guests of the same party sharing same bathroom. Excellent location for exploring Jerusalem.

On the first floor of a 1920 stone house, we offer one or two fully renovated rooms with a private bathroom in a shared apartment.
The room for a party of 1-2 guests in located at the entrance of a spacious apartment next to its bathroom, away from the rest of the apartment thus enjoys full privacy .
The other room, offered when it is a party of 3-4 guests (using two rooms), is inside the apartment, acessed from the living/dinning room. Both rooms share the same private bathroom. Each room has a cupboard and a table with a chair.
In your large room(s) with 3.85 m ceilings (!) you will find everything to satisfy your comfort: calm, cosy, and decorated with care by your artist host. It has a working table, a chest of drawers near your bed, plenty of electrical sockets to plug in your laptop, smartphone, etc. and a split air condition system for heating as well as cooling. Last but not least, you have a tea/coffee corner in the room, with an electric kettle, mugs and tea/coffee/sugar for preparing yourself a hot drink in the room.
The modernly designed bathroom has a full bathtub, a wide sink area and a toilet bowl.
Minimum stay 2 nights for a couple or more, 3 nights for a single. Maximum capacity 4 guests.
Extra for a single airbed for a child sharing the room with his parents: 15 euros per night.
Breakfast is not offered but there are many cafés, bars and restaurants around.

If you come by bus, use line 18 from the central bus station and get off at Emek Refaim/Hamelits stop.
