Our spacious and modern three bedroom flat with views of Bonifacio Global City feels like an industrial loft in New York City! It can comfortably fit seven guests (maybe more!) and is centrally located on a quiet street near the Singaporean Embassy and within walking distance to Bonifacio High Street, Serendra, Burgos Circle, SM Aura, Market! Market!, and Uptown Bonifacio.

This 118 sq meter/1,270 sq feet, three bedroom apartment was designed with standard US amenities in mind: heated showers, washer and dryer, separate faucet for filtered drinking water, in-sink garbage disposal, convection oven/broiler, and dishwasher. Kitchen also includes complete kitchen utensils, plates, drinking glasses, coffee maker, toaster oven, and microwave. Iron and ironing board are also available.

Longer-term guests will appreciate other kitchen amenities such as large pantry space and built-in wine rack.

The apartment can comfortably fit up to seven people.

Guests are also kindly requested to remove trash as often as possible as sitting trash can attract pesky visitors (bugs). Trash bins are located on each floor in the fire escape (stairwell). GUEST RULES: Sorry, smoking is not allowed indoors. Kindly restrict your smoking to the balcony. Sorry, no pets. Although daytime and evening visitors are welcome, overnight guests are not allowed. The capacity of the unit allows only up to 15 people inside at any time. Visitors are subject to all the rules of the building and are not allowed to make use of any of the building's amenities. If you expect to receive visitors during your stay, please submit their names prior to arrival to guarantee admittance to the building. Building management and security reserve their right to refuse admittance for any reason whatsoever.

When hubby and I had to look for another place to stay, after a massive disappointment we had on the place we previously booked, we found this one and made a reservation right away! Though it was a rush and they still had to make the place ready after the previous guest just left a couple of hours we got in, it's impressive how they made it all possible for us! Kuya Ernest, was an amazing caretaker. As he was always ready to response with whatever issues or little concerns we have. The owner was very nice and easy to communicate with. The place in general was extremely beautiful, very well kept and from the look of it, we can tell that the unit as for the interior design, it was meticulously very well done! It's amazing!! The effort and the heart is obviously seen. The location is very convenient. It's close to the stores, restaurants and malls. Me and the rest of my family had a wonderful time. Thanks for the amazing accommodation! Very highly recommended and we will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit!

Apartment is beautiful. Its Central. Close to restaurants and malls. It was difficult getting a taxi so we used Grab.

Calvin is a very good host. He is very polite and responsive. His unit is spacious and well furnished and clean. The location is great and you can easily access to shopping mall, restaurant and bar by walk. Will definitely recommend to the family and group travelers!
