Located on Mitchell Parade opposite pristine Mollymook Beach, Pacifica is as central as you can get:


100m from Mollymook Beach cross the road, shimmy to the right and use the dedicated beach track.
Walk south - 4 minutes to Mollymook Surf Club (patrolled in Summer and certain holidays) and 5 minutes to Mollymook Golf Club
Walk north 800m to coffee van, 10 minutes to Bannisters Pavilion, Tallwood Shops and a leisurely (ie longer) walk to Bannisters Point and Narrawallee Beach
5 minute drive to:
Hilltop Championship Golf Course Clubhouse (the 6 th tee actually backs on to the property).
Milton and all its charm (cafes, fashion, homewares and fresh produce).
Ulladulla (where you can load up on shopping and fresh seafood).
Narrawallee Beach (if you dont want to walk).
Close to a range of dining options:
On the finer side Rick Steins at Bannisters (at Bannisters Point), Rooftop at Bannisters Pavilion (on Tallwood Ave), Gwylo (Tallwood Ave) and Milton Hotel (in Milton no surprise there).

Beachside Living

Pacifica offers a relaxed modern beach feel. Soft linen, rattan and soft greys bring the home to life. Weve updated the furniture everything in the open plan dining/living area is new. A new Javanese king bed adorns the master bedroom and two new queen koala beds are in the 2 nd and 4 th bedrooms. Nice linen and towels are important to us so theyre probably important to you. We supply linen, towels and bedding.

When its time to kick back after a day at the beach, enjoy the new entertainment system, complete with Triad speakers for surround sound. With Apple TV, Netflix, Prime and Kayo, you can watch your favourite series, a plethora of movies or your favourite sporting event. You can also listen to music through the surround sound (via deezer) or play your own Spotify playlist through the Bose mini-speaker.The kids can watch their favourite show or movie in the third bedroom.

The front deck offers ocean glimpses (if you look slightly to the right) but is also a great place to have a couple of drinks and watch the world go by. Complete with Weber BBQ it certainly is a good spot to enjoy lunch or dinner. The kitchen itself is very functional and well stocked. Again, decent cutlery, crockery and glass wear are important to us, and they are supplied. Equally, the bathrooms are solid with nice showers and toiletries.
