Your upstairs bedroom is light and airy with three windows, a comfortable bed with premium linens. Your full bathroom is on the same floor.
There is no TV in this home, my wifi is really fast, so bring your laptops! Cell service is sketchy due to mountains and being in the protected Adirondack Park with few cell towers.
There is a landline available to you for US calls.
Host does not enter the upstairs (your space) unless there is need for maintenance.

Will take place while you are reclined in a comfortable lounge chair in the living room. Gentle music and aromatherapy will relax you.

You will be provided with coffee, tea, instant oatmeal, granola bars, english muffins and fruit for breakfast which is strictly self-serve. Kitchen use is limited to reheating in microwave, using the tea kettle/coffee maker, and the toaster, I'm sorry, no full meal preparation.

Cell service is sketchy at my home, you can connect your smart phone to my internet, but may not be able to make calls or get text messages due to not having cell service access.
I do provide a landline for you to make US based calls.

~~As your host, I will sometimes being using vacation hours from work, cancelling my dinner plans, or missing out on much needed sleep to personally greet you, so please be respectful, and arrive when you say you will.

~~I must be provided a one-hour window of your possible arrival time at least 1 days prior to your arrival. If you need assistance figuring out mileage and travel time from where you are going to be and to my home, just ask me so we can all be well informed.

~~Kitchen is light cooking only--(such as making coffee or tea, reheating foods, toasting, making sandwiches). No use of oven during summer.

~~Please bring indoor only shoes or slippers (beige carpet in some rooms!), or at least remove shoes upon entering home.
~~Alcohol use, only by persons of legal drinking age and must be moderate.
~~Please do not throw trash directly into outdoor bin! All trash MUST be in bags, as my town actually hand collects all garbage!
~~I have a septic system--Nothing but your bodily waste and toilet paper in the toilets!
~~Please be mindful that the plumbing will not tolerate excessive toilet paper, it clogs easily and it's NEVER fun asking me to go clean up that mess!
~~No oils down drains due to septic system.
~~Food and drink in your room should be limited to things that won't stain if spilled or dropped. Please feel free to use refrigerator to store your food safely! (For example, no pizza boxes on bedroom floor--yes, it's happened!
~~Do not strip bed, I will do that after you checkout.
~~Please leave your towels either in the tub or on hook in bathroom.
~~Host reserves right to enter the upstairs for maintenance.
~~Only registered guests may be on property unless you ask first, definitely no unregistered guests overnight.
~~Please take all your belongings with you when you leave. If you require things to be mailed back to you, you will have to agree to PREPAY via (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) cost of shipping + $20 service fee.
