Sitting on 21-acres of lush, tropical gardens amidst the panoramic backdrop of Hawaii's Kona Coast, the Kona Coast Resort provides a relaxing resort atmosphere with lots of onsite and nearby amenities including numerous pools and spas, tennis courts, sand volleyball court and onsite restaurant/bar. Adjacent to the resort is a championship 18 hole golf course, and the Keahou shopping center across the street. The one bedroom suite provides 1,400 sq ft. of living space and a full kitchen.

The Kona Coast Resort has a 4.6 out of 5.0 rating on Expedia and a 4.5 out of 5.0 on TripAdvisor. Enjoy two swimming pools (one family pool with a children's pool and one quiet spa pool), three Jacuzzis, sauna, playground, tennis courts, volleyball, basketball, ocean view fitness center, shuffleboard, kids playground, and various on-site activities like hula lessons.

All units have a living area with dining table, full kitchen, patio or balcony, king bed in the master bedroom, in-room clothes washer/dryer, sofa sleeper in the living room and full bathroom. Please let me know what dates you are interested in and I will check on the availability.

I have been an owner of Shell Vacations Time Share properties for over 10 years and the Kona Coast Resort being one property owned by Shell Vacations Club. You will check in just like at any hotel. This is a timeshare unit and it's fully transferable so I will be booking the nights under your name. I will email you the reservation confirmation document from the timeshare company showing the reservation being under your name.

- Guests are subject to the Hawaii Timeshare Occupancy Tax at a rate of $8.00 per night at check-out (payable directly to the Kona Coast Resort)
- Air conditioning is optional at a rate of $11.03 per night (payable directly to the Kona Coast Resort)
- Standard credit card hold (refundable deposit) will apply for incidentals ($150)

To ensure your safety and the safety of others, the following COVID precautions have been put in place at the Kona Coast Resort:
- Resort facilities (spas, fitness center, restaurant) are all currently open and available to guests only.
- House cleaning will not come into the room but you can contact the front desk and they can provide you with replacement towels/wash clothes/kleenex/etc (they will leave at your door).
- Guests will be required to wear a mask when checking in and walking in the common areas of the hotel throughout the stay.
- At time of check-in, non-residents of Hawaii will need to show proof of a negative covid test within 72 days of arrival to the islands. Residents of Hawaii need to bring/show their state issued ID's (for those 21 years and over). Without one of these, guests will not be allowed to check in.

- Parking is free

Guests will be required to adhere to any COVID-19 rules/regulations set forth by the State of Hawaii, City of Kona, and/or Kona Coast Resort.

Since the Kona Coast Resort is a timeshare property, you may be invited to a presentation. There is no obligation for you to attend, and suggest you politely decline to maximize your time while visiting the Big Island.

- Tenants shall use and maintain the Resort in a careful and lawful manner and shall not create noise or disturbances likely to disturb or annoy other tenants. The Tenant affirms they will follow all policies and rules of the resort, as notified upon arrival and occupancy of the unit, including check-out time, as many resorts assess a fee for late check-out.

- Under no circumstance will the Tenant permit pets of any kind in the unit.

- The Tenant accepts all responsibilities for any damages to the unit or Resort property during the rental period by Tenant or Tenant's guests.

- The Tenant hereby indemnifies and holds the Owner harmless against any and all claims of personal health/sickness, injury or property damage or loss of any kind arising from use of the Resort regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss
