A splendid room is in a splendid house. Enter the house through the front porch where you see friendly neighbors during their daily morning and afternoon walks. See the vast open space across the street that borders the splendid house where birds dance around all day long. Step into the large living room with wooden floor, a large desk, a marvelous fireplace and an intimate dining table where you can feel home away from home. Venture into the spacious kitchen where you have access to prepare daily meals and enjoy the sunny atmosphere. The kitchen is nicely apportioned with plenty of kitchen cabinets. One is assigned to a guest, and I provide cookware, plates, utensils, cups and glasses, etc.
Are you ready to step inside the house? Walk through the hallway to the third door on your right and you will enter the spacious SPLENDOR in WINE COUNTRY HOUSE. Your large bedroom with cathedral ceiling has a wooden floor with a spacious layout that contains full size and a twin size beds, a walk in closet off the private bathroom, another closet that lines one wall. It is fully furnished with chest of drawers, 2 desks, lamps, chairs, etc. The bathroom has a large vanity cabinet for plenty of storage. Meanwhile, the second large bedroom with has a wooden floor that contains full size bed, a closet and a shared bathroom. It is fully furnished with chest of drawers, desk, lamps, chair, and a mini fridge. It is decorated with french furniture. The third bedroom has a twin size bed with a large closet and desk. It is a nice cozy bedroom with a shared bathroom.
The house is located off Petaluma Hill Road in a quiet and family friendly neighborhood and is very centrally located. You can walk or bike to shop at Target, Costco, Lola’s supermarket, and downtown Santa Rosa. There are also bus stops nearby to catch public transportation.
By the way, there is free wifi in the house.
I welcome guests who are respectful, clean, quiet, and adhere to our house rules. I ask my guests to clean up after themselves after each kitchen and bathroom use. Maintenance of the house is a collective effort.
