This is my second home. My son uses it as a primary residence for university. He is a serious engineering student. While I may not be physically present at all times, the home is occupied continuously. Permanent occupants may have guests in the house at their discretion. All persons are expected to follow the house rules and Airbnb terms during your stay. Two bedrooms (#2 and #3) are used by Airbnb guests.
