We sincerely apologise for bad experience you have had with us and will definitely take constructive points for improvement.
We have stressed the importance of cleanliness to the cleaner again and will be more vigilant about this matter. We have had pest control guy came before your stay but will assess the situation if another visit is required.
Regretfully we were not aware of most of the issues you have experienced (i.e. lights, shower, cleanliness, etc) until now. We could have responded/ rectified/ repaired in order to improve the conditions of your stay. We do not live far from the property so we could’ve dropped by fixing lights, checked the shower and we could've sent in the cleaner to rectify what you feel hasn't been done properly. Even if we live far, we believe any hosts would've responded to such issues with urgency.
Please communicate with your future Airbnb hosts and give them a chance to make your stay a better experience.
