The house is 1940s vintage, with lots of character and charm. Inside, the decorations are Penn State themed! There are wooden floors throughout and lots of windows provide plenty of light. There is a great front porch with a glider to sit on to relax. Out back is a patio, which is great for barbecues. Flowers fill the entire yard, and there is a little garden shed out back.
Kitchen and Dining Room:
The kitchen is stocked with utensils, dishes, pots and pans for your dining and cooking needs. There is a coffee maker and microwave in addition to refrigerator, stove and dishwasher. The table and chairs in the dining room seat six.
There are two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs. There is one queen bed, one futon that folds out into a full (with very comfortable spring loaded mattress), and two twin beds.
There is one bathroom in the house. It is located upstairs and is complete with a bathtub and shower.

As host, I am a Penn Stater and so is my family. Guests may be greeted by me, a member of my family or a neighbor or just given the security code to the house. We hope to give you what you need to enjoy our house at your own convenience and ease. If you need anything, we are just a phone call away.
Please be respectful of the house and the neighbors. This is a quiet and safe community, guests are requested to be mindful of this during their stay.
Two parking spots are available in the rear of the house. Parking is also available on the street as regulations listed on the signs.
No smoking is permitted in the house. Violations will result in loss of deposit.
Pets may be allowed on a case by case basis, but will require additional deposit.
Guest may use bikes provided at the house, but will be liable for returning them.
