My love of traveling have taken me to many different places and countries. The last two was Scotland and Ireland with my husband and Belgium and India when I went solo. I am a happily married woman of thirty six years. We want to visit more places before our golden years. My husband doesn't always travel with me but sometimes I am able to drag him with me. We love cruises as well.
Places I’ve visited so far outside of US:
Paris, Lourdes France, Dublin Ireland, Edinburgh Scotland, Barbados, St. Maarten, Punta Cana DR, Santo Domingo DR, Brussels Belgium, Brugge Belgium, El Nido Philippines, Puerto Princesa Philippines, Manila Philippines, Grand Cayman Island, Roatan Honduras, Labadee Haiti, San Juan Puerto Rico, Puerto Vallarta, Mazatlan, Cabo San Lucas, Cancun, St. Thomas, Bahamas, Jaipur India, Udapuir India, Mumbai India, Delhi India, Jodhpur India, Beijing China, Alberta Canada.
Our new love again is camping. We’ve camped at Yosemite National Park , Sequoia National Park, Lassen National Park, Banff National Park, Jedediah Smith Redwoods National Park.
In 2018 I was able to travel more places and used Airbnb as much as I could.
I visited Savannah Georgia twice and Charleston South Carolina. Went to garlic festival in Florida. Beaches in Punta Cana and Santo Domingo in the Dominican Republic. Spent time in Boston, beautiful Maine and old Quebec City in Canada.
I can’t wait for 2019!
2019
My travels in January started with two trips so far in upstate New York and loved it. I started in New York City and drove to Victor, stayed at a beautiful farmhouse Airbnb of course in Mendon, continued on to Rochester, Utica, Syracuse, Poughkeepsie and the Catskills. We stayed in a beautiful restored brownstone in Troy and finished in Albany. Our house is up for sale and have plans to continue Airbnb in upstate New York. We hope to see you there if you are in the area.
Our house did sell and upstate New York is on hold for now but we are renovating a cute house in Sparks so stay tuned!
2020
All of our international travels were cancelled in 2020 but that did not stop us from traveling. This year we camped at Yellowstone National Park and Glacier National Park. Visited the Grand Teton briefly since it was pretty smoky. Full moon on a Halloween night at Salem Massachusetts and that was a neat experience. Afterwards to Bar Harbor Maine and to Acadia National Park but the park was closed. Well that was my last trip for 2020.
Happy New Year 2021!
Little Farmhouse scheduled to open Jan 14 and Evie’s Studio in the fall.
2021 came and just like that it was over. A very busy year but I was still able to travel to New York and visited Baltimore in Maryland during Thanksgiving week.
I am starting my new year traveling, so my first trip in January 2022 is Jaco, Costa Rica and Germany/Ireland/Belgium in September.
