Newly renovated uptown charming home is close to the French Quarter and is located in a great neighborhood for restaurants, coffee shops, shopping, bars and the infamous Tipitina's across the street. It is a block from Rouse's grocery store.
Again.. this is my palace and I expect it to be treated as anyone would treat their own home. Pets are not allowed.
I do not allow smoking in the house but you can smoke on the front and back porch. Please put cigarette butts in the ash trays provided. I do like to practice energy conservation so please turn out lights, tv's and please turn up the AC or down depending on time of the year to conserve energy. PLEASE LEAVE THE A/C SET ON AUTO DO NOT SWITCH IT TO "ON" SO THAT IT RUNS ALL OF THE TIME!! Please keep noise down as to not bother my neighbors. We will need to water the plants daily in the summer so we will not bother you but will at some point in the day come by to water just the outside plants. I do not allow more than 6 house guests. I can't accommodate any more than that
I am a pastry chef that has retired from the kitchen and has been working for a Swiss Food company for 15 years in sales, so I do travel quite a bit for work. I love music and will travel anywhere in the world for music. I love to camp, swim, scuba dive, fish, cook, drink wine, entertain, horseback ride, read, restaurants, of my favorite travel destinations is Bonaire. I also spend a lot of time on Cruises. My favorite being the Jam Cruise with is in January every year out of south Florida on MSC cruises. I entertain at home in New Orleans almost every weekend, so I know what it is like to constantly have people either staying at your house or just enjoying food and company at my house. I have a new travel trailer that I am excited about spending time camping in. I love all types of travel.... My life motto is to live every day as if it were your last... I have gotten quite good at this too!!!
