Pack up the kids and the family dogs, and make your way to this sunny and welcoming home on the water within the gated community of Long Island Village. Inside this cozy hideaway, you'll find a well-equipped, full kitchen, a dining table for four—ideal for meals or family game nights—and a comfortable living area with a flatscreen TV, an electric fireplace, and sliding door access out to the balcony. Outside, sit and enjoy the view of the water or head down the steps to fish or head off for the day in your kayak.

Enjoy your time away at this gated community on an island in the bay directly across from the fun, excitement, and Gulf beaches of South Padre Island. Play golf at the Long Island Village three-par, 18-hole golf course or spend time at the resort activity center with its shared indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub, tennis, basketball, volleyball, shuffleboard, and well-equipped fitness room.

*Street construction will be taking place until 2022. This means that if you are staying on a street that is being worked on, you will need to be shuttled to the rental. The shuttle will be provided by the HOA.

Parking Notes: There is free parking for 2 vehicles. You must check in at the Long Island Village Resort Center to pay for vehicle passes (two vehicles maximum) and wristbands. This is an $80 fee that will be paid directly to the Long Island Village HOA on arrival and is not included in your Vacasa fees. If the LIV office is closed, you will need to drive up to the gate. On the keypad, press 6000# to contact security on sight; they will come to the gate. You will be registered and security will allow you through the gate for the night. You will need to go back to the LIV office the next morning to check in. They will provide you with vehicle passes and amenity bracelets.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
