This beautifully renovated studio apartment is located on the second floor of a Victorian style house. Facing the front of the house, this apartment will delight you as soon as you enter the door. You will enjoy all this space has to offer from the wood floors, boutique furniture, and a huge walk out porch. There is a separate eating/kitchen area with a granite countertop, a cook top stove, microwave, mini refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, toaster, dinnerware, and table/desk with seating for two. There is no oven in the apartment, but there is a glass stove. There is a closet with hangers and shelves in the room and coin a laundry room in the basement of the house. The newly remodeled bathroom is very small. It is bright and white, with a tile shower and commode. ** The bathroom is very small. The balcony is huge!
In this 250 sq. ft. studio you will enjoy plenty of natural light and fresh air provided by the french doors and windows in the apartment. Step out the French doors and relax on the porch while taking in the quiet tree lined street of this top rated Denver neighborhood, or close the curtains and relax in the luxurious hotel grade, queen sized bed.
This house is very close to everything in Downtown Denver. It is a great value for the location, two doors from Restaurant Row. Walk or bike to eateries, bars, coffee shops, grocery stores, City Park, Chessman Park, museums, shopping, 16th Street Mall shopping, lower downtown Denver nightlife, cultural centers, Colorado Convention Center, Botanic Gardens, the Civic Center, Denver Center of Performing Arts, Theaters, Hospitals…. Denver B-cycle rentals are across the street. Buses traveling into downtown leave every 15 minutes.

This apartment is located on the second floor of our house. It shares a main entry with two other vacation rental apartments. Once up the stairs there is a private entry to the apartment. We have coded locks on our doors.

Our house is spotless, and it is priced significantly below other whole unit vacation rentals and hotels in the area. Uptown and City Park West are the Perfect Locations for experiencing all the Denver has to offer! This house is very close to everything in downtown Denver. Great value for the location. The walk score is 94 and the bike score is 100! B-cycle rentals are across the street. Walk out the front door and two doors down and you are at restaurant row. At your feet are seven great restaurants and a casual bar, Olive and Finch Bakery, 7-11, and Qdoba. Walk another block and you will find Starbucks, Einstein Bagels, coffee shops, fast food, bars, restaurants, and shops.
Bike rentals are available across the street and all over the city through Denver's state-of-the-art B-Cycle program. Walk a quarters of a mile to 16th Street Mall shopping, lower downtown Denver nightlife, cultural centers, a mile to the Colorado Convention Center and one and a half miles to the Pepsi Center. Short/cheap cab ride to everything. Street parking only. No pets and No smoking is allowed on the property.
St. Joseph’s Hospital, Children's Hospital, and Presbyterian St. Luke’s Hospital are two blocks down.
City Park and Chessman Park are a few blocks away.
Downtown, Denver Convention Center, Botanic Gardens, Museums, and the Civic Center are each a one mile walk.
Walk a few more blocks to the Pepsi Center, Denver Center of Performing Arts, the Rockies Stadium, 16th Street Mall and many other attractions.
The Merchandise Mart is 5 miles.
National Western Stock Show is 3.3 miles away.

Denver and the Rockies are spectacular and keeps getting better year after year. Our house has been in our family for two generations, and will someday be passed down to our children.
