An exceptional location, right in the heart of Bordeaux’s historic centre.
This superb Bordelais apartment with a lovely furnished terrace is located on the first floor of a building dating back to the eighteenth century.
The apartment has been recently renovated, adding a contemporary touch while retaining its unique character.
It is a really beautiful, cosy space.
The terrace is full of charm, with a small table and chairs, flowerpots and ivy growing on the walls. It is the perfect spot for relaxing after a stroll through the streets of Bordeaux.
The kitchen is fully equipped and completely independent.
The living/dining room has a lounge area around the fireplace with a sofa and armchairs and a dining area with a large table.
The two bedrooms at the rear of the apartment are beautifully decorated and extremely quiet, so you are guaranteed a good night’s sleep! Each bedroom has a large double bed (160 cm x 200 cm) and an ensuite bathroom with sink and shower. The independent toilet is located in the corridor.
The sofa bed provides sleeping space for two additional people (120 cm wide good quality mattress)
