What I want to say. If I want to come to Korea again. Definitely I will come back again to this Hanok Stay.. it's rally worth it. We learn a lot about Korean Traditional things. Especially the breakfast set.
My group mostly Muslim. All of us only can eat halal food. The owner (Suhee eonnie's mom) prepared bibimbap for us because she know it's hard for us to find Halal Food. As we know bibimbap only veggies. We can eat it without hesitation. The most makes me touched is, her mom bough the new bangjja for us to use.. That's really a showed how the respect our religion.
The breakfast with various of tea. It's really interesting and new for us. We usually drink normal English tea, chamomile tea etc. And it's good for our health. Suhee so friendly. Also her mom who feels like our mom at home. They are really warm. Tkae us around to look some rooms. Show us how Hanok looks like. the pot, nurimaru, the traditional instrument, soy bean paste, chili paste.. all these thing that we only saw on TV, we saw it in this hanok.
This hanok so relaxing, it's IN HANOK VILLAGE.. near omokdae & imokdae mt. Near Nambu market. The town is beautiful. The people too. I definitely will comeback here again and stay in this hanok. No regrets and really happy to be here. I miss ommuni, Suhee eonnie and her yeppo daughter Suwon-ah~!
From Jeonju railway station to hanok stay by taxi not so expensive. Suhee wait for me in front of nearest hotel. She and her mother really help us. I remember when I was sick because of food poisoning, both of them really worried and bring me some medicine.
As Muslim, the breakfast is black sesame porridge and some fruits. There's no any alcohol or meat. Suhee also said, the can't serve alcohol in Hanok. So to all Muslim guest, don't worry okay? Anything you can ask her. She's willing to answer all your question.
Omo, so many thing I want to say here. Hahaha!
This hanok really worth it to stay. So beautiful traditional structure. So calm. Healthy breakfast. And the most important is the owner is rally nice and we know they really welcome foreigners who love to learn about Korean Cultures. Family, groups, solo.. all can.. I wish I can come here again..
Thank you very much Suhee eonnie and ommuni for the GREAT MEMORIES for us. Ewha Gotaek jjang! Daebak! The best~!! heee!
