The flat is located in the central of Prägraten am Grossvenediger. It is the perfact starting point for walks in the valley, hikes to the surrounding alpine huts or mountaineering tours to the peaks of the Venediger- and Lasörling Gruppe. There is a farmer about 100 m away from the flat. He offers fresh milk via a vending machine and eggs given by his chickens. The local bakery is famous for the very tasty sour dough bread which is the typical bread in the alpine region. The bakery has an enclosed Cafe with a big terrace. Go and get a Cappucino and self made cake there. Opposite the house there is a big playground for children.
