This property was the perfect place for a low-key trip to Los Angeles and staying at this home was the best part of my recent vacation. First the location: it couldn't be more perfect as the home is centrally located in the "Miracle Mile" district, which is historically significant and close to a wide variety of popular attractions (Beverly Hills, Hollywood, LACMA, Koreatown, etc.). There are lots of great neighborhood restaurants and stores just within a few minutes of driving and the home itself is on a quiet street so you can take a break from the hustle and bustle of LA. Second is the home itself: this property is very well maintained and is full of architectural integrity and modern amenities/updates. The kitchen is spacious and updated, the living space is clean, modern and bright, and there is a private, level and sunny backyard to soak up the California sunshine. The landscaping is gorgeous and has a desert resort feel to it. And best of all, parking! To do the LA region right you need a car, and having a convenient spot for my car made the trip, no joke. And last, the owner: I received clear instructions on everything inside the home (appliances, entertainment, etc.) and the owner was great to work with when doing the pre-planning before arrival. Arrival and departure was well organized, simple and professional. Overall this properly is fantastic and I hope I get to stay here again sometime soon!
