Stay in this unique apartment building, built 1896. It has all the comfort you need: high ceilings, large windows (with large curtains), a private parking space, modern interior (yes, there is a bath). All right next to Leiden's famous canals. Amsterdam, Rotterdam and The Hague are all within 40 minutes distance by either train or car.
My apartment is part of a building that was built in 1896 originally as a laboratory. The last 30 years it was in use, it served as the Faculty of Law of the Leiden University.
In 2007 they rebuilt it and turned the space into 51 luxurious apartments.
I love the fact that it's right next to the city center, but that the place itself is very quiet. You can really unwind there after a busy day.
Please treat my apartment like it's your own. If you want to smoke, please do it in the garden. It's more fun there anyway.
My name is Merijn, I am a 27 year old guy from The Netherlands. I run a small advertising agency in Leiden where I live. I work as an Art Director, so I come up with advertising concepts for our clients. In my spare time I love to hang out with friends, and to spend time with my super awesome girlfriend.
