Private, upstairs efficiency apartment over garage with stunning space features luxury laminate plank flooring, split unit a/c and heat, cherry wood beams harvested from the property, a full bathroom with tile/stone shower, pine ceilings, recessed lighting and a large deck to watch the amazing sun rises. Within minutes from Gambrill State Park, the Appalachian trail, restaurants, shopping, and downtown!

Access to Pine Tree Nest has a separate private entrance detached from the main house. We have an electronic door lock from Yale Nest that’s linked to Airbnb. The guest automatically receives an email with the code and an authorization during the stay time. Also separate split unit a/c & heat and ventilation for those concerned about possible COVID-19 spread from the main home.

Cul de sac is the best spot for guest parking. Easiest to avoid a long backup when exiting and being accidentally blocked in. Guest can smoke cigarettes on the deck and by the cul de sac.
