Our spacious townhome is single level with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's in a great location in a quiet neighborhood but just two blocks from the center of downtown. It comfortably sleeps six adults and up to eight with a sleeper sofa.

Our in-town getaway is a spacious, single level, three bedroom, two bath townhome. No lugging your luggage up stairs! There is a two car garage to safely store your vehicle and its belongings. Great location in a quiet neighborhood two blocks from the center of downtown Moab and the Moab visitor center.
A large master bedroom contains a king bed that can be split into two twin beds and private bath with a Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom has two twin beds. The townhome will sleep six adults comfortably and up to eight people with a comfortable sleeper sofa located in the living room. There is also a queen sized air mattress that can be inflated to accommodate two additional people. There is a pack 'n play crib as well.

Our townhome is beautifully furnished with all your modern conveniences. Amenities include a fully-equipped kitchen, dining accommodations for eight, dishwasher, washer and dryer (to name a few). Two patios with seating and one gas grill. The spacious living room contains a 46 inch LG HD 3D smart T.V. with internet connectivity. Watch a movie or your favorite show with your Netflix, Vudu, or HuluPlus subscription. Dish TV is provided.

A two-car garage provides a secure place to store or work on all your toys. Keep your own road or mountain bike in tune using our bike repair stand. Additional off-street parking for two vehicles is provided in the driveway.

Feel free to bike around town or on Moab’s bike paths using the three bikes provided. Our fenced back yard is situated next to a quiet area adjacent to the Mill Creek Parkway. Enjoy a swim in the Cottonwoods’ four-season heated indoor swimming pool. We have indoor and outdoor games for children to play, adjacent to the units is a bmx park, and there is a skate park and new recreation center a few blocks away.

Great location! Perfect home for a family, our kids loved the local recreation center with diving boards, slides, etc. Perfect for a swim after hiking the national parks. Walkable to everything, tons of food options, and great bike shop (Double Down) one block away if mountain biking is your adventure.

Great location for our visit to Moab. We were a family of 7 and this house was perfect for our group. We walked to dinner some and cooked our own, too. Close to the Parks and cute downtown. We would definitely stay here, again!

This was a great townhouse in a great location, just a few blocks from Main Street, and even closer to (in our opinion) the two best restaurants in town (Desert Bistro and Jeffrey's Steakhouse). The house was comfortable, clean, with a great kitchen and laundry room. Everything you could ask for, and better than any of the hotels in town.

Très bon logemet, bien situé au cœur de Moab tout en étant à l'écart du bruit de la rue principale. La maison est très bien équipée et très proche de la piscine du quartier. Excellente situation pour découvrir Arches et Canyonlands
