Picturesque, secluded boathouse set on the edge of a 17 acre lake in a stunning location. The boathouse was rebuilt in 2018 and is fully equipped for a couple of people to have a comfortable and relaxing self-catering holiday. Located just 10 minutes from the A55 on the edge of an area of outstanding natural beauty in the Vale of Clwyd with most of the attractions of North Wales and Chester within easy driving distance. It consistently receives excellent reviews from our happy guests.

El alojamiento
The boathouse accommodation is on two floors with external doors on both levels. The first floor has a wide hallway and a spacious modern kitchen and living area with a wood burning stove and two pairs of French doors leading onto a large balcony with magnificent views over the lake to the woodland beyond. Downstairs from the hall, the ground floor has a king-size double bedroom and a bathroom with a large walk-in shower and full size bath. The external door leads to a patio with a bench to enjoy the sunshine and a path up to the private parking space.
There is a wealth of nature right on the doorstep with the water lapping right up to the full length bedroom windows. If birdwatching, fishing, walking and adventuring in North Wales are not enough, there is a smart TV on the wall in the living room and full Wi-Fi to keep you in touch with the outside World.

I have a lovely boathouse on the edge of a lake and I am offering it for week long holiday rentals. It is new to Airbnb but it has been avaialble for rent through an agency for 18 months and apart from the Covid lockdown it has been occupied for over 90% of the time. Take a look at the listing and book soon to avoid disappointment.
