Otros aspectos destacables
We are based in a rural area so we enjoy the occasional sounds of cows, ducks and chickens as well as the bird life. We collect our water and have a septic system so respect for both services is required - thrift with showering and no bleaches or female personal items go into the toilet or sinks. We have a friendly, resident fox terrier dog. Your dog is welcome by special arrangement but must be kept on the front deck or restrained because of the cows, wild pigs and Kiwi birds up in the neighbouring fields and bush.
Respect for the house, the environment and the neighbours. Enjoy exploring our wonderful coast lines and native forests.
Smoking is permitted outside on the decks - buts in ashtrys provided, not the garden!
