Loft style space in the old Cut Rate Liquor store, built in 1874 but completely renovated. Just outside the Central Business district and accessible to more than you'd believe, in a very urban setting. The location is unreal. Busy, amazing old school Denver. Two outside living spaces, a roof deck with chairs and a propane firepit and a small front patio with umbrellas and a table/chairs. The building is ugly outside/super non descript, you'd never believe what's inside.

El alojamiento
This is a triplex with long term neighbors. This is my personal home, but I travel a lot and basically live out of a backpack and stay with my gf a fair amount, so my stuff will be put away and it'll be professionally cleaned before you arrive. No parties or weird stuff are allowed, sorry. Read that again please. There are two other attached units with amazing people renting them. If you aren't reasonably quiet and a decent human, I'm going to enjoy my time with you very much. Good reviews are something I obviously strive for, but the happiness of my long term neighbors (my tenants) has to be more important. Be decent and you've got a friend for life (look me up directly next time you're in town). Please, if you suck, don't book my house. You know if you suck, come on. If you don't have (5) five star reviews, you must contact me first, or I'll cancel your reservation. Any less than (10) five star reviews, you must forward a copy of your ID, front and back within 24 hours or you agree that I can cancel. If you have more than one single four star review, the rest five, I'll cancel. Sorry, your reviews are your scorecard (think credit report). Zero reviews? We can talk, but talk to me first before you book.

In order to use the roof deck, a separate Addendum must be signed via email. It primarily discusses a weight limit, noise stuff, and you agree NO SMOKING!!

--Lots of beer nearby (1/2dzn walkable breweries)

My house is your house! Of course, anything inside. It's a private apartment with a private entrance and zero common areas.

There are two outside living areas...a private roof deck with a propane firepit, chairs and umbrella (you cannot smoke on the roof deck) and a small patio out front at street level with table/chairs and an awesome grill (you can smoke here). All spaces are for this apartment only and private to this apartment.

There may never, ever be cigarette smoking indoors, ever. There's an alarm to detect this, and my response will be immediate and wicked. I'm wildly allergic.

The location is unreal and this is some of the most expensive residential square footage in the city, mostly because of location. Busy, amazing old school Denver. The building is ugly outside and super non descript, you'd never believe what's inside. If you need a pretty outside, this isn't your place.

Disclaimer...I'm not much of a tv person and don't offer a lot there, please remember this paragraph. There is a 4k smart TV, a DVD player, and wifi, and you'll know more about em than me. There is no cable (who has cable anymore? Wait, I think my parents do lol) and I don't provide apps like Netflix or Hulu, but feel free to use yours. If you're coming to Denver to get stoned outta your mind and watch hours and hours of TV (really? Come to one of the prettiest places in the US and do what? Lol) , there might be better places. The internet is adequate but not amazing, I share it with a neighbor. It does everything I need it to do, but I know nothing about it other than it works perfect for lil old me.

Very Urban. This is real Denver, if you want an authentic experience, here ya go. If you want suburbia, check out Littleton of lovely (puuuuke) Highlands Ranch. It's amazing, very walkable (6-12 blocks depending on which direction) to dozens of restaurants and bars. Light rail is a block and a half away, cheap RTD/ Uber to everything in the city. Denver Center for the Performing Arts is easily accessible from transit, as are a dozen concert and show venues like the Odgen, the Bluebird and the Fillmore. The train from Union Station drops you a block and a half away. Uber is usually cheap because you'll be so central. The interstate is like 6 minutes away. It's in the middle of a lot. Free street parking is plentiful, usually no more than 50-100 ft away.
