A GREAT VALUE. Conveniently located Studio Apartment with a southern view of town, mountain peaks and the ski area. From the parking lot, you are 20 steps away from river and downtown. Ski down 4 O'Clock run and you're across the street from Apt.
The location is what makes this Studio Apt great. It is located one block off Main Street, right next to the Blue River and Riverwalk Center. The Apt has a southern exposure and scenic views. There is the Free Shuttle (right in front of the building) to either the gondola or Peak 9 (it is also a very walkable distance to either). It is ski-in from 4 O'Clock run which ends across the street from the building.
The Apt is a studio unit (490 square feet) with a fully furnished kitchen, full bath (tub and shower), full size bed, full size futon sleeper, internet, basic cable, dvd player, and 32-inch flat screen tv. It is ideal for 2 adults but will accommodate up to 4 (that would be called "close quarters.")
There is ample closet space for all your ski/vacation gear. All linens including towels, sheets, blankets and pillows are included. The bed is full sized and the futon will also make into a full size bed.
The Studio is located on the second floor of the building above a liquor store, ski rental shop and chinese restaurant.
Parking is located in the back of the building and is free for our guests (a parking permit is provided in the Apt).
My family and I love our studio and have kept it to ourselves for almost 20 years now and we can't think of a better place to be, whether winter or summer.
No pets are allowed per association rules and there is no smoking inside the building.

As our guest, you have access to the entire studio apartment, parking, and laundry room access. From the Studio you have easy access to all that is offered in Breckenridge and the area.

The Studio is located on the 2nd floor of the building and there is no elevator access. There are approx. 24 stairs from outside door to 2nd floor. Breckenridge Business License #31471.
We ask guests to be respectful of our family's studio. Leave it as you found it - don't trash it and all is good!
Please don't make more of a mess for the cleaning person than you would at your own home. If you could clean your dishes and take out the trash before you leave, I would very much appreciate it.
No pets - No smoking!
No need to wash the linens and feel free to use anything that is left in the unit. There should always be a little something around including coffee, tea, liquor, spices, etc. If you purchase coffee etc and want to leave for the next guest that would be great. (Always good Karma). Please don't leave perishable foods.
Our Studio is not the most luxurious condo in the area but it is clean, fun and easy to get around town!
