Our guesthouse is located in the tropical garden of Travel in' restaurant on the Caribbean coast.
Travel in' lies, off the beaten track, 6 kms south of the village of Mahahual, Costa Maya.
The guesthouse has a double bed, a fan and private bathroom with hot and cold water. The glass frontage offers a view through the flowerfull garden.
Coffee and tea can be prepared in the room. Purified drinking water is provided. Breakfast can be served on request. Our cosy restaurant opens at 5.30 pm and offers an international cuisine.
There are various sitting areas in the garden or on the beach where you can relax, read a book or just enjoy a nice drink watching the moon rise or enjoy the free show put on by the heavens whilst star gazing.
The night falls and jungle sounds will accompany you to bed. We are proud to still have a wide variety of wildlife including many migrating birds.
Straight in front you will find the world's second largest coral reef with excellent diving, snorkeling and fishing.
We are ecologically aware, running on solar energy
and catching rain water for bathroom use.

Atención a los huéspedes
We are Justa and Albert and we live and work on our property.
As we run on solar energy which is sufficient for our restaurant and the guesthouse we still need to keep a balance. Therefore energy consuming appliances like heating items as hairdryers are not possible. Loading your PC, camera or mobile phone is no problem during sun hours.
No cooking in the room.
As this is one of the last Mexican-Caribbean untouched beaches we would like to keep it that way. We do not clean the beach of turtle grass because it is a natural habitat for sea life and a protection to our beach.
Living in a natural area as we do we recommend to bring insect repellent and suntan-lotion.
