(Part of the summer of 2017 is blocked off because I am going to Spain to walk the El Camino Del Norte in June, July and Aug. I will return in Aug and be ready to host guests.) We would like to invite you to come stay in our 70 year-old rustic semi-remodeled farmhouse in the heart of wine country. Our newly remodeled upstairs has three bedrooms and a bathroom. The room with the queen bed is listed and the photos of the room and the bathroom are on the site.
This room is located on our 70 year-old farmhouse on 80 acres in the heart of wine country. This is a working farm that includes honey bees, geese, chickens, various fruit trees, and a vegetable garden. Feel free to stroll around the farm and watch the numerous birds at the various bird feeders, pick fresh fruit when in season, watch the chickens and help collect eggs, or wander up onto the hill for a view of the Coast Range that can offer some great sunsets.
This house is in the remodel phase. The room and bathroom is fully completed, but note, there are parts of the common area that still need updating or completing.

You'll be provided a key and can come and go as you please. The other two bedrooms are available but aren't listed. One has a king bed the other a full bed. I tend to keep to myself and stay out of your hair, however, I want you to feel free to explore the farm or I will be happy to give you a tour. I am here to help make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. If you want to join me to chat, have a cup of coffee, enjoy the warmth from the fire, feel free to do so, whether it's early morning or late at night.

This is not a 4 star hotel, it is a farm house. My house still needs to have the remodel finished . It is clean and organized, but the common areas still need updating, for example I have plywood subfloors in the kitchen.
Please treat this house as you would your own place. No smoking within the house. You can smoke outside. I'm sorry but no pets allowed. No illegal drugs please. Wine and alcohol are perfectly fine. Private areas will be locked.

I’m a retired widowed farm wife that was born and raised in Oregon from ex-Amish family. I’m into simple old-time living and like living off the land. My daughter and her husband stay here on the farm when they aren’t travel or working. If you want to hang out near the wood stove at night and enjoy a cup of tea with me you are more than welcome or I’ll stay out of your hair. You can find me outside or running errands if you need anything. Please make yourself at home and we look forward to your stay.
