The 300 sq. ft., fully-equipped space features all of the amenities of a resort, boasting well-appointed and thoughtful custom touches throughout.

El alojamiento
Nestled in a grove-like area with an abundance of mature native trees, the large well-maintained private grounds with a fountain and multiple sitting areas include a gazebo and a fire pit. The yard is teeming with native flora and fauna. You might see a Cooper’s hawk, a cardinal, or a vermillion flycatcher on your stay as well!

The newly renovated space features a spa-like full bathroom with a decadent antique soaking tub, shower, pedestal sink, and loo as well as towels, soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The kitchenette features a small dining area, sink, microwave, coffee maker, and mini-fridge as well as plates, glasses, cups, silverware, and paper goods.

In the bedroom area, there is a brand-new queen-sized bed with gel memory foam mattress and down-like pillows, an alarm clock that charges your cell phone, and a flat-screen TV with Amazon Prime. There is also access to Wi-Fi throughout. A window-mounted air conditioner and a space heater will keep you cool in the summer months and warm and toasty in the winter.

Acceso para huéspedes
The tiny house is all yours! The lush quarter-acre yard is shared with your hosts Bree & Bear. You will also have a dedicated covered parking space.

About Tucson
============
Guest ranches, horseback rides, and cattle drives recall Old West roots, but you’ll also find yourself smack-dab in a hub of spas, resort hotels, and championship golf courses...not to mention amazing, trend-setting restaurants. Tucson was the first city to earn the designation of a World City of Gastronomy by the United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization (UNESCO). Plus, with a thriving visual and performing arts scene and respected galleries and museums, Tucson’s vibrant multicultural heritage shines.

Famous for its dramatic beauty, the Sonoran Desert covers this region with spectacular cacti – including the giant saguaro, a symbol of the American Southwest. But don’t be fooled by the term “desert” because mountain ranges in all directions offer scenic drives and even snow skiing. In the winter you can go for a hike in the valley, then drive up to Mt. Lemmon and enjoy the slopes. Tucson’s legendary year-round sunshine and saguaro-and-sunset landscape have romanced visitors for decades. Tucson's coldest month is January when the average temperature overnight is 38.9°F. In June, the warmest month, the average day time temperature rises to 100.2°F.

If you are visiting Tucson, it's a great time to consider a jaunt across the Arizona border into Nogales, Sonora, Mexico and get a taste of the charm and traditions of Old Mexico. Nogales is only about 60 miles south of Tucson on Interstate 19.

Once you immerse yourself in the laid-back atmosphere of Tucson, you may never want to leave.
