Guests have access to the ground floor and first floor, which is essentially the whole house. Acception is a small office, and some closet for storage for the owner. I live here in wintertime.

I, the host, live in a separate house about 50m away.
I can be reached by Airbnn website, phone, email, and is usually not far away - you may know on my door as well if I am in.
When you arrive I will give you the keys and show you around.
I also have a lot of knowledge of the surrounding area, trips, things to do, etc. if you like to have such info
There is Tourist info in Odda town 20 minutes away.

There is one bedroom with one large double bed, and two single beds.
In addition there is on sleeping sofa in the common area on the ground floor, and the couch in the old part of the house can be converted into a comfortable bed for two.
There is one bathroom with shower and wc, and one separate wc.
If only one night is vacant, you can ask for 'special offer'
We have a small boat with a 10hp engine for rent from May: 200 Nkr per day + gas - safty wests. It is placed about 1 km from the house. You have to book it one day in advance
Please treat the house careful, like you would your own, and leave it nice, clean and tidy like you found it. If anything breaks, tell the host. Bedlinen you need to put on and off yourself, and you have to make the beds nicely when leaving the house.

As host I try to have good communication with the guests in advance to give advice regarding hiking and sightseeing, what to bring in baggage depending on what activities the guests want to do, if high moutain hikes are on program many needs good hints etc.
I also explain which route is good to take to get here depending from where thye come.
I try be aound when guests arrive, and since I am living in the middle between these 3 rental houses that is normally easy.
