Air conditioning in the living room and fans for the bedrooms in summer and heating for the winter. Free Wi-fi in villa. Shared pool and sun loungers on the pool terrace.

Large open plan living room with 2 3-seater sofas, and TV. Dining area seats 6. Wi-fi works in this area as the signal strength in the area is low. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. There is an air conditioner for the warmer summer months and a gas fire for the cooler months.
There is a large balcony with outdoor dining furniture and sun loungers and a stairs to access the shared pool terrace.

Guests have the whole villa to themselves. My agent Jose will meet you if necessary and can also arrange car hire or transfer from Faro if required. There is an extra cost for this as a key is posted prior to your departure.

With the limitation of luggage space, beach towels are available if requested for a small fee.
We have a cot and high chair. There is an extra charge for this of 30 Euros payable to my agent in Portugal.
As the villa is linked, please keep music and tv levels down. Pets are not allowed in the villa. No smoking inside the villa. If smoking on the terrace, please dispose of ash sensibly.

My guest house was given a Silver Award by the Tourist Board whilst I was a member. I am no longer a member because it costs nearly £700 a year to be a member! So The rooms are well stocked with everything that a traveller needs including toiletries and a full beverage tray with a selection of teas, coffees and hot chocolate with a selection of biscuits to compliment the hot drink!
