Our very spacious 4 bedroom holiday apartment is close to the town centre, with perhaps some of the best views of St. Ives town, harbour and bay. The town centre, harbour and beaches are only a few minutes walk (down steps). Three double bedrooms, all en-suite shower rooms, one single, sleeps up to 7 adults, plus additional folding bed and travel cot for children. Family friendly. Parking, wi-fi.
This light and spacious apartment comfortably sleeps 7 adults, and we can provide additional folding beds and travel cot too, so can accommodate families with up to 8 people. The apartment is on the top two floors of the building, so access is by steps up to the front door, and a flight of stairs into the apartment, and a further flight to the top floor bedrooms. In the height of Summer, this apartment rents out at over £1500 per week, but out of season we can offer you some great prices. (Saturday to Saturday weekly bookings for our mid Jul -Sep availability). The town and beaches are less than 5 minutes walk and the views from the apartment are outstanding! There is quite a downhill walk into town, but there is a less steep, more "pushchair friendly" walk too. Wi-fi included. We have parking for one car, quite rare to find in St. Ives! It is quite narrow, but a real bonus.

You are renting a whole holiday apartment so everything is there for your comfort and enjoyment. The apartment is on the upper two floors of the building with amazing views of the sea and harbour. Bed linen for 3 double beds and 1 single, and towels for up to 7 people are included. Parking for one car.

This is a self catering holiday apartment so you have your own private use of it during your stay. Our caretaker couple live in a flat in the same building and can deal with any queries during your stay.

A £100 damages deposit is also managed by AirBnB and will be deducted against if there is any loss, damage, or exceptional cleaning required. You are expected to leave the apartment clean and tidy on departure.
Please note that we operate a strict no smoking policy in the apartment and in the outside space including the steps up to the house.
Please leave the apartment in a clean and tidy state.
Please do not leave any washing up, either clean or dirty.
If any furniture is moved, please return to it's original position at the end of your stay.
Please put all your rubbish in the green wheelie bin outside at the end of your stay, using the black bag provided.

There is parking for one car only, so please don't park any further cars outside the apartment. (There is a nearby long stay car park for additional cars and at some times of year, there is some street parking).
