Our very spacious 4 bedroom holiday apartment is close to the town centre, with perhaps some of the best views of St. Ives town, harbour and bay. The town centre, harbour and beaches are only a few minutes walk (down steps). Three double bedrooms, all en-suite shower rooms, one single, sleeps up to 7 adults, plus additional folding bed and travel cot for children. Family friendly. Parking, wi-fi.

This light and spacious apartment comfortably sleeps 7 adults, and we can provide additional folding beds and travel cot too, so can accommodate families with up to 8 people. The apartment is on the top two floors of the building, so access is by steps up to the front door, and a flight of stairs into the apartment, and a further flight to the top floor bedrooms. In the height of Summer, this apartment rents out at over £1500 per week, but out of season we can offer you some great prices. (Saturday to Saturday weekly bookings for our mid Jul -Sep availability). The town and beaches are less than 5 minutes walk and the views from the apartment are outstanding! There is quite a downhill walk into town, but there is a less steep, more "pushchair friendly" walk too. Wi-fi included. We have parking for one car, quite rare to find in St. Ives! It is quite narrow, but a real bonus.

You are renting a whole holiday apartment so everything is there for your comfort and enjoyment. The apartment is on the upper two floors of the building with amazing views of the sea and harbour. Bed linen for 3 double beds and 1 single, and towels for up to 7 people are included. Parking for one car.

This is a self catering holiday apartment so you have your own private use of it during your stay. Our caretaker couple live in a flat in the same building and can deal with any queries during your stay.

Please put all your rubbish in the green wheelie bin outside at the end of your stay, using the black bag provided.

There is parking for one car only, so please don't park any further cars outside the apartment. (There is a nearby long stay car park for additional cars and at some times of year, there is some street parking).

Please be respectful of others in our apartments and our neighbours, and keep noise to an acceptable level, especially if returning late at night.

Loved the place from the first step! As we' e arrived late night had a bit difficult to find it)) but managed in the end! The location is really beautiful to start your day with! Sarah was very helpful and we enjoyed our Christmas holiday! The kids said they want to move there))) very close to the seaside. Would recommend with pleasure the place for a great family stay.

Highly recommended appartment with a superb view over St. Ives. Short distance to grocery and within walking distance to the beaches and train station. Well equiped rooms with private bath each. Good beds. Not recommended for disabled, many stairs in the house and outside to City Center.

Absolutely loved the flat. It has everything you need and a view that you cannot stop looking at. It was very clean and the bedding was great. The sitting room with its lovely views is very comfortable. It is in a great spot, close to the town and the shops and it is easy to access by car. However the house is not in a quiet backwater. The road is noisy, although one way it is quite busy and the path alongside the house is used by late night revelers on their way home. We live in a very quiet place so perhaps we were more sensitive to the traffic than others may be. It would not be suitable for anyone with limited mobility as it is quite a climb to the road and then steps up to the house.

Having visited St. Ives many times over the past 30 years this year's visit proved to be one of the best. The view from the flat was fantastic as was the flat itself and is highly recommended for anyone wanting a self-catering holiday in St. Ives. We found the flat to be very comfortable, spacious and well equipped.

Wir (Familie mit zwei Kleinkindern) haben eine Woche in Sarahs Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Fotos entsprechen der Realität und der Blick aus dem Wohnzimmerfenster (Erker mit Sesseln) ist wirklich fantastisch. Die Wohnung erstreckt sich über 2 Etagen, in der ersten Etage befinden sich eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche, ein Badezimmer mit Wanne/WC, ein Waschraum, ein großes Wohn- Esszimmer und ein Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und WC/Dusche. In der zweiten Etage gibt es dann noch zwei Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbett und Dusche/WC, sowie ein Zimmer mit Einzelbett. Zu der Wohnung gehört ein Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Für unsere Kinder gab es Spielzeug und Bücher, was wir immer sehr zu schätzen wissen. Trotz der erhöhten Lage gelangt man in wenigen Minuten über eine Treppe in den Ortskern und an die Hafenpromenade. Die Kommunikation mit Sarah verlief problemlos und unkompliziert. Da wir bezüglich der Treppen wegen der Kinder Bedenken hatten, schickte sie uns per mail einige zusätzliche Fotos von den Treppen, was ich sehr hilfsbereit und nett fand. Im Haus wohnen die beiden caretaker, wir wurden von Phil empfangen und verabschiedet, der sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war.Der Strand zum Entspannen und Buddeln für die Kinder ist ebenfalls fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben gerne Spaziergänge in Saint Ives unternommen, aber auch sehr schöne Ausflüge in die Umgebung gemacht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit gerne wieder bei Sarah buchen.

As described, the views are truly amazing and constantly changing: blue-green sea, historic town, boats in the harbour, and even dolphins on occasion. The flat (and the whole town) involves a number of steps up but that is what gives them the view! The parking space is also tight--but the flat is spacious, light, and fully equipped. The town of St Ives (literally on your doorstep, although a number of steps down) is simply fabulous; great walking, great seafood, and surrounded by beautiful beaches. Friendly owner and helpful caretakers just downstairs.
