This massive 423 sqm beachfront villa is one of the only genuine beachfront properties in Darwin. Situated in the premier suburb of Cullen Bay, your family and friends will love the sweeping ocean and marina views, all whilst being only 2.5km's from the Darwin CBD.

Cullen Bay Villa is the size of a large home and has been designed to ensure a relaxing, joyful and memorable holiday.

The property is fully airconditioned (all bedrooms and living areas) to ensure maximum comfort. Alternatively, the natural cooling method of a dip in the private saltwater plunge pool will do the trick, just try to resist the relaxation as you float in the pool whilst watching the Timor Sea sunset.

All four bedrooms feature real beds with quality mattresses (no futons, sofa beds or murphy beds). The property is unique in that it features two master bedrooms.

BEDROOM CONFIGURATION:

Master Bedroom 1 (Level 3) features 1x King bed (ensuite and walk-in robe, views of the ocean, direct balcony access )

Master Bedroom 2 (Level 2) features 1x Queen bed (ensuite, walk-in robe, views of the marina, balcony access through side door)

Guest bedroom 1 (Level 2) features 1x Queen bed (large chest of drawers provided, views of the marina, direct balcony access)

Guest bedroom 2 (Level 3) is on the mezzanine and features 1 x Queen bed, views of the marina and the ocean).

The property features a very well-equipped chef’s kitchen with new appliances and quality Stanley Rogers cookware, or you have the option to cook outside on the large stainless steel BBQ. For the coffee lovers, we supply a Nespresso Citiz pod coffee machine, milk frother, espresso machine and a coffee plunger.

The property also features a pantry stocked with the essentials as well as some home comforts (cereals, pasta, first aid supplies, suncare products, mozzie spray, mozzie coils, personal hygiene and care products, toilet paper, long-life milk, multiple varieties of coffee, coffee syrups, multiple varieties of tea, hot chocolate, milo, marshmallows and popcorn).

As you wind down from a big day, enjoy any of the three flat screens TV's with chromecasts & DVD players. Premium speed WIFI ensures you can enjoy the complimentary streaming services of Netflix, Disney +, Stan and BritBox without interruption.

The property features conveniences such as multiple wireless charging points for Apple & Samsung devices, a luggage scale, hairdryers, LED makeup mirrors, sewing supplies, a bathroom scale , a brethalyzer and a fabric steamer for your garments. The property also features an internal private laundry with dryer, washing machine, ironing board and air dry rack.

Private, secure underground parking is available for two cars (gate buzzers provided). The clearance of 2m, 150mm will suit even 4WD's. If you are travelling with a very large boat or caravan there is three carpark areas in Cullen Bay (all under CCTV) that are available to you at no cost.

KIDS: Travelling with kids can be a mission, so we do our best to ease that struggle by supplying a cot, high chair, bath, bath supplies, kids cutlery/ crockery, baby cutlery/ crockery, silicone bibs, baby bottles, bottle steriliser, bottle warmer, board games, pool toys, beach toys, books, DVD’s & sports equipment. For the safety of your children, the plunge pool features a lockable wind-down steel safety cover. Padlocks with codes are also supplied for all external gates.

PETS: Cullen Bay Villa is pet friendly for dogs, a pet feeding bowl and a water bowl are supplied as well as a dog bed. Cullen Bay beach is dog friendly and is a great place for dogs to experience. If you are travelling with a dog/s please contact us before booking.

Destinations within walking distance of the property include the Mindil Beach Casino, Mindil Beach Markets, George Brown Botanic Gardens, Golf Course, AFL field, Museum, and Art Gallery of the Northern Territory & the Darwin CBD.

This SeaLink Ferry docks in Wurrumiyanga, Wurrumiyanga boasts three art centres, the culture museum, the old Catholic mission precinct, as well as the culturally significant Pukamani (burial) poles in the cemetery.
