El alojamiento
The property is a duplex (2 rental units same layout) on the top & has a studio for ownership to live in in the bottom. Each unit has its own dedicated AC. Great Wifi connection with extenders to reach all devices. Don't miss a beat! Work/school you can do it all from this home. Beach within minutes to take those conference calls with you to the sand.

Acceso para huéspedes
The property is shared by the other units as well. You do have your own private front balcony & dedicated AC unit to your property. The backyard space, patio, pool is shared between the rental units (2). There are plenty of seating areas from the sun deck, to the patio, & garden chairs as well.

Park your cars on the left hand side. There is room for 2 as long as they are stacked. There is free parking across the street from the house, on the sidewalk. The middle is for owners & the other side for the other unit.

The neighborhood is on the beach side of the boulvard, and 3 minutes down the street is the beach access. It is free & open to the public. During busy times of the year, you can just leave your car parked here & walk to the beach. Try to get there early if you want to lock down one space for you and your family.

We do have a liquor store right on the corner & has a cigar room. To the right down the street you will see the corner store stripes & then dollar general is two blocks up.

Otros aspectos destacables
PLEASE READ: This is a three unit property with 2 rentals (each unit is same layout) and a downstairs studio where we (owners) live. We are here for emergencies, recommendations, or help with anything on property. We stay out of your way almost entirely & don't use the grill/pool during stays. We have tried our best to price this between a full home property and a condo complex because this triplex is just that. Right in between. We bought this property in 2019 going into 2020 & are actively working on things around the home to improve your stay & make this the airbnb we know it can be. We have some beach chairs, and towels provided. Along with a beach umbrella that fits the city ordinances. With that being said there are a couple rules we have had to implement to make sure people take care of the items on property.

Pets allowed if mentioned in booking: Pets will be allowed with an additional fee of $50.00. This will be requested through AIRBNB & this serves as confirmation that you have read this.

No parties: SPI has an ordinance where we cannot have loud music or large gatherings in our property. Quiet time begins at 11pm per city ordinance. Guests that are not on the reservation are not allowed/not allowed to stay over night.

Guests over limit: If there are additional guests found that have stayed over night there will be a 50.00 fee per guest. We understand that people want to visit, but we cannot have people staying that are not on the reservation.

Stained/damaged sheets, towels, furniture: Guests will be charged for damage to any sheets, towels, furniture. Ex: Food stains on bedding. Wine stains on towels. Makeup stains on pillow shams. Animal/Human fluid stain on towels/sheets/furniture. Torn pillows, torn blankets, etc.

We are very understanding people this is just a contingency we needed in place to confirm everyone knows the rules. We work hard to make sure this is an enjoyable stay for people & we expect people to care for the things in our home like they were their own. If something is accidentally broken, torn, etc. please just let us know & we can discuss. The problem is many times people leave us to find the broken/torn/stained items after they have left & that is grounds for losing their deposit.

Blackbeard's restaurant is right up the boulevard. Dollar general is another street over. The water tower marks the public park w/ a basketball hoop and area for kids. Josephine's kitchen is a hot new brunch spot and is two minutes down the boulevard for some good food! There is also the palms cafe if you walk down the beach to the right hand side. I live in the home with my girlfriend, Viviana, our two Calico cats, and Maltipoo doggo. We grew up around the area & are now enjoying sweet island life. I work for a media company with the local news paper based on entertainment, music, food, etc. I am happy to recommend some great local places to eat as well as fun things to do, or favorite hangout spots, and even where to enjoy the sunrise & sunset!
