Proudly managed by 'MOLLYMOOK HOLIDAY HOUSES' in partnership with the property owners, Surfside on Mollymook Beach is a large house featuring direct beach access and ocean views from upstairs living and bedrooms and the large sun deck.
The queen master bedroom overlooks the ocean and there are another two twin single bedrooms upstairs, one with ocean views, the second overlooking the leafy front yard.
There are two bathrooms, one with toilet, half bath base shower and vanity, the second with full sized bath base shower and vanity plus an additional seperate toilet upstairs. There is also a 3rd full bathroom with half bath base shower, toilet and vanity downstairs.
The modern, very well equiped kitchen is surrounded by windows looking out into the large, leafy and private front yard.
The spacious living, dining area has recently been painted and looks out across the large sun deck to the waves of Mollymook Beach. It is a fresh and bright space with full foxtel TV service, Wi-Fi internet and wood fire heater (wood supplied).
The living area opens onto the large raised deck overlooking Mollymook Beach. A BBQ and outdoor dining setting allow comfortable outdoor living with the beach literally only steps away.
A separate self contained area downstairs is accessed via external stairs and includes a freshly painted queen bedroom, large lounge and dining space with full Foxtel TV service, rumpus room with table tennis and a newly installed (spring 2015) full bathroom with shower, toilet and vanity adjoining a laundry with quality washer, dryer and laundry tub.
Access to the house is via a private, residents only laneway that leads into our yard and a formal parking area with space for 4 cars. there is also a private front lawn area on the western side of of the house.

To maintain a good standard for all our guests we require certain conditions to be met. We will leave a welcome letter for you with some tips and house rules. This also contains garbage collection information so please take the time to read it when you arrive.


Breach of the following house rules may result in forfeit of money paid including security bond and possible termination of the reservation.

Parties or gatherings of any type MAY NOT be held on the property.

The number of guests staying at the house or people visiting the house for any reason must not exceed that stated on the confirmation notice. Fees may apply for undeclared guests at the rate of $100 per guest / per night plus forfeit of the security bond.

Disturbance to neighbours, boisterous or offensive behaviour will result in termination of rental and loss of bond.

Responsibility for the reservation including payment and care of the property remains with the client as listed on the confirmation notice. Reletting the house or allowing others to stay in lieu is not allowed without prior written approval from the property owner or property manager and subsequent issuing of a revised confirmation notice.

Pets are not allowed unless specific arrangements have been made in writing with the owner.

Please do not smoke in or around the house, removal of cigarette butts or other rubbish from the property including yard and gardens will incur a fee.

Damage, breakages, theft and loss are the clients responsibility during their stay. We would appreciate if any damage or breakages are reported by phoning (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) prior to your departure.

Bed linen must be used at all times, do not sleep directly on mattress protectors and quilts. Linen may be available for hire at additional charge otherwise it is to be supplied by the tenant.

If we have provided linen and towels, they are for your use inside the house and not to be used outside.

Check-out time is 10am - the property should be left in a similar state to its condition on arrival, secured and the keys returned per the instructions on the welcome letter. A late checkout may be possible, we are open to discuss this possibility at the time of your stay.

Your security bond will be refunded within 14 days subject to a post stay property inspection and clean. Any additional expense incurred such as but not limited to; extra cleaning inside or out, damage repairs, garbage removal - (in excess of what can be fitted in the council supplied bins with the lid closed or failure to place the bins on the kerbside for collection on the allocated day), undeclared guests or visitors etc may be retained from your security bond.

The owners take no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to the tenant's or guests personal property including motor vehicles.

Variations to these conditions may only be made by prior arrangements with the property owner or property manager in writing.

I'm Scott a local, independant property manager. My wife Karen and I feel privileged to look after what we believe are some of the best holiday houses in Mollymook and Narrawallee. We do not take on management of just any house, we will only offer a house for holiday rental if we truely believe our guests will love it too. We're in the holiday business, everyone should have a positive experience!

I can't live without my daily run through the local bushland followed by a surf at one of the local beaches and I love a good book before bed.
We enjoy spending quality time raising our 3 great kids in one of the best places in the world.
