TV/Video DVD and CD/Radio/Cassette player in the main. (2) Rear, double bed, shelving and coat hanger hooks for storage, bedside cabinets with large drawers and TV.
Downstairs living room with comfortable sofas, TV, Hi-Fi, DVD player. Vast quantity of books and a selection of CDs, DVDs, Cassettes and games for children. Flame effect fan heater to complement the gas central heating.
Fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster. Crockery, cutlery, glasses cooking equipment Iron and board. The kitchen leads to a conservatory with dining table, Satellite TV and video player and additional storage. Selection of video tapes. There are separate hand washing facilities beneath the central heating boiler in a partitioned corner. Barn (split) door to rear garden. Rotary clothes dryer can be utilised in the back garden.
