El alojamiento
A lovely space to unwind and relax after you have done so (little). This space is located on the east side of Harwich in the Long pond area, a short drive from local shops beaches and pond. Please note that for beaches and pond you will need to buy parking passes at town hall. In addition there are many activities and amenities in the area such as grocery shops, take outs and state park.

The first floor features dining area/ kitchen a living room and the half bath. The dinning area seats four but table can be extend to fit eight. TV with cable, Wifi, a full kitchen with the necessary appliances . kitchen is supplied with all necessary kitchenware and utensils.

Outside the dinning area is a large deck feature outdoor table and chairs and a gas grill. with a nice open outdoor grass area for games with the family or friends.
The second floor has a full bathroom with two bedrooms..
The unit has every necessity for a vacation. We provide blankets, pillows for all beds, bathroom and kitchen supplies, except for hygiene items. Bed linens and bath towels are available.
We ask our guest to run linens and towels through washer and dryer when checking out. And if need to guests are welcome to bring their own linens/towels.

All bookings are required review and acceptance of this rental agreement. As soon as your final payment; is received we will provide confirmation along with key location. RENTAL AGREMENT/ INVOICE AND POLICY STATEMENT

1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 3PM no early check-ins or late check-outs are permitted
2. NO SMOKING- this is a NON-SMOKING UNIT

3. PETS- PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED in this condo according to the Condo Association Rules
4. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY - rental fee covers up to four (4) people staying in the condo. Prior approval is needed for any additional guests. We cannot rent to vocational students. Unauthorized or extra guests could result in eviction.

5. MINORS – Children are the direct responsibility of parents or caretakers. Children are never to be left unattended at the condo, whether inside or outdoors. You acknowledge that there are amenities that could be dangerous to children. You also acknowledge and accept that there will be no supervision on the premises during your stay, and we will not be responsible for supervising the use of any of the facilities by either adults or children. You, your guests and invitees undertake all use of the property at your own risk.

6. DAMAGE -The damage deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within fourteen (14) days of departure, fines will be deducted from the damage deposit for the following: damage to the condo or its contents damaged, lost or stolen items - linens, towels, etc. lost keys smoking inside the unit check in early or check out late violations any of the resort rules that incur fines or penalties charges incurred due to presence of pets in the unit - soiled carpet/furniture and any related damage.

7. HOUSEKEEPING - no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are provided, daily housekeeping service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest bringing beach towels. We do not permit linens and towels to be taken out of the condo.
8. FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in or may be evicted.

9. WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance of stay.

10. PARKING – There is a public parking lot for several units to share. Parking on the road is not permitted.

11. STORM POLICY/ROAD CONDITIONS – There is no guarantee of partial or full refunds due to storms, inclement weather or unfavorable road conditions.

12. TRAVEL INSURANCE - we recommend you purchase travel insurance.
If you wish.

13. CONDITIONS - The condo will be clean and working condition. No compensations will be given for non-working items outside the owner's control, including but not limited to power outages, WiFi /TV/Internet outages,etc. For items outside the owner's control, the owners will make every attempt to rectify problems that may occur while you are in the condo. It is the renter's responsibility to notify the owner immediately if there are any problems. No refunds or any other compensation will be given for the problems that the owner is able to rectify within the reasonable time frame.

14. LIABILITY - The condo is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting the reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise. I hereby agree with all written above. I agree that all rental monies are non-refundable per cancellation policy above. I have read my rights to purchase travel insurance. I agree that I will leave the premises in the same order as I found it and that I shall not exceed the number of guests identified in the Agreement. By Signing Below, I agree to all terms and conditions of this agreement. Failure to meet this and other stipulations in this contract may result in partial or full loss of security deposit.
