this is complete nonsence. our home has been renovated less than 2 years ago. there are also dual pane windows to block any traffic noise on the 3 lane street that goes around the island and runs against the ocean. I am so sorry that you didn't check to see that this house is on a main road on one side and ocean on other. I hope you also heard the great ocean sounds at night.
